Swim, lounge, and snorkel at the fabulous Mana Kai Maui Resort, the jewel at the end of one of Maui’s best beaches! The Mana Kai Maui Resort uniquely offers all the advantages of a condo vacation, but with the added amenities of a resort hotel. Choose from condominium or hotel-style accommodations. The condominiums include one and two-bedroom suites, complete with well-equipped kitchens and private lanais. In-room safes and free high-speed WiFi access are also available. Comfortable hotel-style suites with full baths are also available just steps away from the ocean. You'll also have access to two gas grills and laundry facilities available on the property. While our amenities do not include poolside towel service, our condo and hotel suites are equipped with beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Take advantage of the resort atmosphere with special features including free parking, a pool, open air dining with lounge, yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path, a fitness center, an activities center, a gift shop, a general store, a business center with computers, and conference/meeting facilities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing Stay

Such an amazing stay at Mana Kai. The room was perfect and had such a beautiful view. Perfect for my family! Right on the beach, close to lots of food, and clean.

First trip to Maui

The location is perfect and the beach is amazing. We saw turtles and whales and the most beautiful sunsets, right from our balcony! Easy walk to dining and shopping!

Family vacay

We had such a wonderful vacation. There are so many pluses for this property and so appreciative of the trash bags, the dish dishwashing detergent and the laundry detergent. A few issues were the sensor on the doors that causes the air conditioner to go off every time we open the doors to put swimsuits out to dry so it would be nice if that was listed and also it would be nice if it's listed that there's a hairdryer there so but overall, it was a wonderful stay, thank you

Fantastic Location! Great views! Amazing Condo

This home was really really good. It was right on the beach with amazing ocean views. The big part was how everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided in the house (from food containers to even mailing tape). Everything seemed to be kept very thoughtfully for a family to stay comfortably for however long. The only downside was that the furniture is a little outdated and could use some updates.

Great view with access to a wonderful beach front. Room was a bit outdated but decent. The bigger issue was the staff on the premise by the pool and the activity booth. They were pretty rude and condescending. Not only to the kids but to most of the adults too. Wouldn't stay here again as a result.

Location Location Location!

Although this unit is in need of updating and higher quality linens/towels it does provide ample beach gear which was appreciated. The second bedroom is basically an attached unit much like a plain hotel room. If you open the curtains people passing by on the condos outdoor walkway can see right in. However with this unit its all about the view and the amazing beach. Ive visited Maui 6 times and this place is my favorite for its on the beach location. Watched a few weddings from the lanai. Mahalo

Love the Mana Kai but not 605C it is filled with termites!!!

I love the balcony and the property have stayed there for 20 years never experienced this at any other unit. I spent over an hour packing and hoping I didn’t take any termites home with me. The unit is dated and that is ok but filled with wood furnishings that I believe encourages a termite problem. The balcony is wonderful. I reached out immediately it took almost two full days for a response missed late call so by the third day I said I would deal with it. No one apologized for the situation just asked where they were coming from and to send pictures.

Clinically depressed to leave...seriously.

I want to live here. Could listen to the waves crash every night for the rest of my life - best I’ve slept in years! Gorgeous property, beach...every morning I went running down the beach to the path in front of all the Wailea resorts. While they were stunning for sure...I came back every day telling my family we’re in the perfect spot! Beach even more beautiful, condos closer to the ocean and just a more low key awesome vibe!

This apartment has a great view and is right in the beach. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and whale watching. One of the rooms was open to the living room except for a sliding screen. This was unexpected but worked for our group and didn’t cause any issues.
