Unwind and relax by the 24'x12' private saltwater swimming pool, or enjoy unobstructed views of the glistening Atlantic ocean from both upper and lower level front decks. Located on Brunswick Avenue West, you will be within a few minutes walking distance to the heart of Holden Beach. You will have quick and easy beach access using a cut-thru path leading to the beach, with a total walking distance of 1200 feet from the front door to the pristine sandy shores of Holden Beach. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the outdoor shower, complete with hot and cold water.

"Family Therapy" offers 4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. On the first level you will discover a beautiful open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combination, with all new stainless steel appliances and modern granite counter tops in the kitchen. Also located on the first level is the laundry room with full size washer & dryer, a bright and cheerful sunroom, half bath, and master bedroom with a queen bed, and a uniquely chic private bathroom including a double vanity sink, stand alone shower, jetted tub, new tiles and new lighting. On the second level you will find a cozy sitting room with a small deck overlooking the pool area, as well as 2 bedrooms - each with a queen bed, sharing the hall bathroom. The full bathroom on this level has a walk-in shower (no tub), and has a hallway entry door, as well as a private entry door from bedroom #3. Bedroom #4 is located in the third level bonus room, with access using the unique spiral staircase. This room is great for children, offering 1 set of twin/full bunk beds and 1 set of twin/twin bunk beds. Bedroom #4 shares the second level hallway bathroom. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.
