The host was easily accessible and responsive. We had a leak and someone was out there quickly to fix which was much appreciated. Only minor issue is the quality of the towels, that could be improved on

The property was in a great location within easy walking distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. Downtown Canmore is also an easy 10 minute walk. The beds were both comfortable. One of the sofas in the living room is not comfortable to sit on because the cushions continually slide out of place. The patio furniture is also badly worn and needs new cushions. These issues were minor. We had a wonderful stay in Canmore.

Place was exactly as described. Great location, slides in water area were great for the children. Washer and dryer were perfect- host was easy to contact and very responsive. Everything was super easy to access with codes for garage, door, and pool. If traveling with sky box on car, pipes are low in parking garage and have to drive carefully- but not a big deal. Just pay attention. Highly recommend for staying for trip to ski big three and families!

This review is more for the owners. The property served its purpose. The beds were comfortable, showers clean, fridge clean. I personally felt as if the property was not as clean as it could have been. There were a lot of long hairs found in/on clean towels, clumps of hair on the couch in the throw pillows. I dropped something under a bed and had to retrieve it and realized it was very dusty etc under the beds. I only say this because if I were paying someone to clean, I’d expect a better job done. It was unfortunate that the elevators were down during our stay, as we hauled coolers, backpacks, gear in and out every day. I would also suggest replacing the leather couch where the cushions don’t stay on the couch. Those cushions are so worn that they slide off the couch and make for an uncomfortable “relaxation” period. I would have loved if there was a cooler provided by the owners. Most people aren’t traveling with one and you need it to keep in a car for packed lunches. A cooler would have been a great bonus. I will return. Maybe I’ll double check that construction isn’t in full swing next time though. Overall, a great location. Quick response time (we needed extra towels) and I appreciated that.

Central and fun

The listing was accurate and even the pullout bed was comfortable. Loved the pool and the fact that the location was easily walkable to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay at this nice listing!

Nice location and the views are awesome. Pool was Great for the kids, the space was clean and well taken care of. The whole families agrees that we would stay here again

Condo was perfect for our 2 night stay. Did not use kitchen so can’t comment on it. Lots of sitting area by TV. Enjoyed morning coffee in balcony with view of mountains. Walked to Main St restaurants.

Enjoyable vacation stay

This place is ideal for a Banff vacation. The location is walking distance to great restaurants. The condo had everything we wanted, including a grill on the balcony with beautiful views. The swimming pool and hot tub were so nice after a full day's hike. The property manager was very accessible for any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location highly recommend

The property was exactly as stated on VRBO...thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Perfect for 4 adults and small children. Very clean and well equipped you basically do not to worry for anything. If i had to ppint out an area to improve would be the pillows were a bit overstuffed. Loved our stat...proximity to all attractions was perfect. Highly recommend the property
