It's a short walk on a beautiful trail through the forest to Sisters, buy a bakery fresh donut or a fine meal at many of the city’s fine restaurants. The common area at Tollgate has miles of paved biking trails, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and tennis court. Hiking, fishing, and boating are just a couple miles away at Suttle Lake and the Metolius River. The house is open and airy. You face the forest through windows over 20 feet across and two stories high. It's a beautiful way to sit inside comfortably and see the forest against a magnificent skyline. The whole house is yours’s. There is also a nice patio outside to comfortably sit and visit with friends, enjoy a nice drink and breath in fresh mountain air. There are miles of paved biking and walking trails next to the roads so it's always safe for kids and pets. Dogs must be on a leash while in the neighborhood. The hiking and bike trail into Sisters is just a couple hundred feet away. It's a nice walk in the forest. In the summer there is a nice swimming pool and there is a nice basketball court and tennis court available year-round. There are miles and miles of off-road biking trails through the woods right outside the neighborhood.
