Welcome to our beautiful beach home - The Pelican Perch! We purchased this beautiful home in March of 2021. We live full time in Charlotte NC and are delighted to have this home and 4 other beach homes we offer at fun fun fun Myrtle Beach! SC Pelican Vacations is all about you having the most wonderful vacation ever!

We are really close to the beach and with all the fantastic amenities in the resort you will love staying at The Pelican Perch any time of the year!
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Our home is super comfortable. We have new furniture, king & queen size beds, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, brand new HD Smart TVs, 2 floors of porches, an "outside living room" with a huge Smart HD TV..... and oh my... wait until you try out the huge outdoor water park - it's incredible. Plus there is a large indoor heated pool that is open year round!
On top of that, we are just 4 miles from downtown Myrtle Beach with all of it's amazing shopping, entertainment, dining, and sightseeing fun!
