This package combines four neighboring ground-floor residences at the luxurious Honua Kai Resort to create an eight-bedroom masterpiece that can accommodate up to 24 guests! Large families and groups are treated to the space of a luxury home with all the advantages of resort living.

These neighboring residences enjoy one of the most convenient ground-floor locations at Honua Kai. Two 2BR residences are located directly adjacent to one 3BR residence in the interior courtyard. An additional 1BR residence is located directly across the hall from the 3BR, bringing the total bedrooms to eight and the total interior living area to over 5300 sq ft!

The oversized outdoor lanai and combined lawn areas offer an abundance of additional space and are conveniently located mere steps from the pools, beach, and BBQs. This offering affords the feeling of a private Maui residence, nestled in a meticulously maintained resort atmosphere.

Each residence has exceptional quality throughout, including exquisite granite countertops and lovely wood cabinetry, giving these residences a modern feel filled with warmth and aloha. All of the creature comforts and convenience you expect await in your home away from home.

The opportunity to make every meal an experience is supported by modern kitchens in each residence. The kitchens are well equipped with Viking and Bosch appliances, granite counters, Viking and Bosch ovens, and Vitamix blenders for your culinary creativity. There is no corkage fee on your lanai, and the built-in professional wine cooler in the 3BR residence keeps your selections at the perfect temperature.

All five primary bedrooms feature sumptuous king-size beds, and the three guest bedrooms each feature a king-size bed as well. For additional sleeping capacity, each residence has a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room, bringing the total combined sleeping capacity to 24.

Each of the five primary baths features double granite vanities, soaking tubs, and frameless glass walk-in showers to prepare for the day's adventures or relax in the evening with a good book to end another perfect Maui day. The three guest baths each feature a frameless glass walk-in shower and a granite vanity.
