Beautiful, well appointed, comfortable and wonderfully decorated home. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Large bathrooms and an extremely large great room upstairs for relaxing. This home is everything as advertised and more plus the host was extremely responsive.

Everything we needed was stocked! We appreciated the variety of morning drink options for the Keurig and fresh cookies. We enjoyed the deer abd wild turkeys each morning before we headed out for the day.

This is a great place to stay!! The house was so clean and very welcoming! The location is great and the area very quiet. We really enjoyed watching all the wildlife each morning in the front yard.

A must stay if you're coming to Victoria

Beth was an absolutely wonderful hostess. The cottage was so cute & everything + was supplied. This is a totally relaxing location at the end of the road so there is no traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which included watching all the deer.

We Love This Property

The owner Beth always has everything set up perfectly, every time… we have stayed at this property at least 7 times over the past several years. The wildlife around the house (deer, turkey, ducks, etc.) provide such a calming environment to enjoy. You want for nothing, there is WiFi, Smart TV’s, linens, towels. And a great stocked kitchen. Our favorite place to stay…

Property is amazing! Just surrounded by winding trees and manicured grass. We had at least 20 deer all weekend just hanging out. Then a family of Turkeys came to visit a couple times. We also identified over 20 bird species. The house has everything you need. Stocked kitchen-charcoal grill by the fire pit. On Point! Will definitely seek out this property again next year. Beth and Glenn are the best!

4 adults stayed in this beautiful home. We all agreed it was the best VRBO or ABNB we have stayed in. Beth was personable and made the best scones I have ever tasted. Sisters Weekend

A little slice of heaven in the country. 4 senior sisters enjoyed a visit together while watching wildlife. The hosts were helpful in every way, from home baked scones, the loan of binoculars, to preparing a backyard fire to sit around. We had fun visiting attractions in Fannin and Goliad. Lovely weekend to remember. Fun decor.
