Creekside Cabin is a unique octagon home tucked into the side of the mountain at Bryce Resort in Basye, Virginia. The cabin offers all of the comforts of home for your enjoyment while visiting this beautiful part of the country. Floor to ceiling windows allow for your eyes to take in all of nature's beauty. Stoney Creek runs through our property and the peaceful water can be heard from the deck that surrounds the home. Views of Great North Mountain and the Bryce Resort are just outside.

We've stayed at Creekside Cabin multiple times. It's always cozy, quiet, and in a great location with all the amenities you could ask for. The host is polite and very responsive.

The Creekside Cabin hosted by Bill is wonderful get away experience. This was our second time there. We find the hosts have provided all the needs someone would want for their visit. They seem to have thought of so many little things that make it pleasant. We spent our time inside the majority of the time. The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms clean, the view outstanding. We plan to come back up when it is warmer weather and can enjoy some of the more outside resort features.

Pre stay details I received were excellent, friendly and timely. Location was great. Having two bathrooms — one for each bedroom was very nice Likes the cleanliness and ‘soft water’ and arrival gift. Nice touch. Great view and proximity to the resort. I won’t hesitate in and renting the place in the future when I have other family members in town visiting and my home in Basye can’t accommodate all the guests.

Fun stay relaxing cabin

The wall to wall windows made it so relaxing to chill by the fireplace. We could walk to Bryce resort. It was a fantastic time

Weekend Getaway

Property was perfect for our needs. Clean, tastefully decorated and filled with everything to make it a great stay. A great property for 1-4 people. Really enjoyed the view over the golf course with the mountains in the background. Convenient to shopping and dining.

Creekside Cabin was even better than expected. Cabin was well appointed and the attention to detail was impeccable. The host didn’t miss a single detail. The decor was perfect, for a cabin in the woods, and stayed on brand throughout. Would definitely stay there again.

Couples Retreat

The perfect cozy cabin for a couples getaway. We were less than 5 minutes drive from the resort restaurant and amenities. The cabin had everything we needed to stay in and enjoy home cooked meals and games. This was our second visit she we will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing weekend!!!!

Amazing Cute Cabin

The cabin is very clean and well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Location is very safe, quiet, and peaceful. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the deck. Communicating with the owner is easy, fast, and clear. I would definitely come back again.

Just amazing

Easily the cleanest place we have ever rented. Property was spotless, one of the easiest check out processes in all the places we have stayed, we didn't spend our last morning trying to make sure everything was right. The views are amazing. an extremely comfortable place to be

Get away weekend

We loved our stay. The octagon shaped cabin was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities. We loved the walls of windows and feeling like you are in the middle of the forest while relaxing with a book on the couch. Thank you.

The owners were very organized and informative of needed information. The Cabin was top-notch and well-equipped meeting all needs. Cute little hideaway in the woods

This place was so cute! I loved every minute of staying there. It looked just like the pics. The golf course was right out the back and i got to get some people watching in! Coziest Winter Getaway

Oh my goodness, my husband and I wanted a quiet getaway for our anniversary after a crazy busy fall and this cabin did not disappoint. The fireplace, the furniture, everything was just so cozy and relaxing. We were able to unwind in a beautiful location and just enjoy each others company. Bill was a great host, there were detailed instructions for everything, minimal tasks to do before leaving and he was available for any questions we had. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing, relaxing destination location!

What a wonderful place to spend time with friends and enjoy all that Bryce, Bayse and Mt Jackson has to offer. Not sure what to do? No worries...the Host has provided a book on everything you need to know from history of their beautiful home to wineries, local attractions and their contact information. The home had everything we needed and it was clean and inviting. We'll be back regularly!

An Octogenarians Reflection

Steps intimidating, Views fascinating, Flowers and greenery captivating, Cleanliness sterling, Extras provided had my head swirling, All in all an experience that was totally rejuvenating! There was a six string guitar at the ready. One string was missing. I retuned it for five strings but it still did not sound right. Oh wait, I don't play the guitar! Nevemind.

I must admit I had to look up "Octogenarian" when I first saw the word I made the quick assumption it had something to do with our octagon architecture. I'm so glad to hear your head was "Swirling" and that you left feeling rejuvenated. I'll have to take a look at the guitar as I don't play either, but we did recently have it restrung. We hope you will think of Creekside Cabin the next time you visit Bryce Resort and the Shenandoah Valley!

Creekside Cabin has been a labor of love during it's 2 year transformation. We hope that our guests enjoy the beauty and excitement of Bryce Resort as much as we do.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have recently remodeled the interior of the cabin to reflect a rustic mountain vibe and have included many features to enhance the comfort of your stay. We offer luxury softened and filtered water as well as a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen for drinking, cooking, and ice cubes. All new appliances including a washer and dryer for guest use. The views through the floor to ceiling windows as well as from the deck say it all, with mountains, trees, Stoney Creek, and the Bryce Resort just outside the cabin.
