Située dans un petit hameau typique ardéchois calme et tranquille : hameau de Burac à MERCUER 07200, dans le sud -Ardèche (550 m d'altitude), cette maison de 65 m² permet un accueil de 5 personnes. Des chemins de ballade à pied ou en VTT partent du hameau. Possibilité de pratiquer équitation, canoé kayak canyioning randos Les sites touristiques sont très nombreux et variés. Les lieux de baignade en rivière sont également nombreux (7 rivières différentes dans un rayon de 20 km) ou en piscine. Aubenas, petite ville médiévale de 20 000 habitants est proche (8 km) ainsi que Vals-Les-Bains, petite station thermale (5 km) (possibilité de balnéo-thérapie avec massages - grand parc avec jeux pour enfants etc... La vie en Ardèche du Sud est très agréable avec de nombreuses festivités proposées (spectacles, concerts, casino, restaurants, glaciers, cinéma et cinéma de plein air etc…
