-Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. Upon arrival our property manager, Juan Blanco, will meet you at the unit, assist carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs (we are on the 3rd floor – no elevator, thanks for tipping him!) and orient you to our condo and the Miro Los Cabos complex. He is available during your stay for any emergencies or questions about the condo. We are in the city therefore we do have at times city sounds during the day.
- For longer stays: Extra cleans are is required midstay and we only provide an initial stock of supplies and consumables. The final clean is $199 for longer stays.

We are on Via de Lerry, only a 5 minute Uber ride to the Cabo Marina. This palm tree lined street is very safe. You can hike the hills across the street with amazing views of the Cabo Marina, the Pacific ocean and Lands End!

You can Uber everywhere in town and even to San Jose for very cheap. Or take a taxi. Once you book we will send you our Property Manager's contact information. Uber is not allowed to pick up from the airport. He has reliable transportation from the airport to the condo he can recommend if you are not renting a car. If you do rent a car we have a dedicated parking space in our underground parking. Therefore I highly recommend contacting our property manager Juan Blanco. No parties or gatherings are allowed in the condo or pool area. Quite hours are from 10pm to 9am.
