This home has been completely remodeled inside and out. The quirky southwest Arizona decor welcomes guests to relax and enjoy all this beautiful state has to offer. Situated in a quiet neighborhood yet minutes from the pulse of Scottsdale. Close to the best shopping, golf courses and restaurants. As well as TCP, West-world and Talking-stick.
Sit outside the back covered patio in the morning, sip coffee or have breakfast with your family or enjoy margaritas while putting on the green or a round of corn hole.

Great House, great communication and great Price

9 guys from all over the U.S. came for weekend. Enough room for all of us to sleep and plenty of room to hang out and enjoy one anothers company. Beautiful home and communication with Josie was top notch. Great value and location!!

House was great with good location and great outdoor space. Rooms were clean and well kept! House was stocked well. Only a couple concerns. Listing said there was a grill but there wasn’t so we had to eat out more than planned. Only tv was streaming so I had to get tube tv. I asked the owner for a $100 credit but did not receive it.

Awesome Stay!

We loved our stay at this property and could not have asked for more! The owners were so nice and communicated with us about everything we needed. So easy to get checked in and out. We enjoyed the putting greens, the corn hole and the back patio. So much room and it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Will definitely return!

Josie is very responsive. This house is very spacious and nicely decorated

We really enjoyed the place! Lots of nice touches including water bottles in the fridge, make up removers, and a variety of Kpods with the Kuerig

Hidden Gem In Scottsdale

We had an absolutely amazing time at Josie and Curt’s property. The house was beautiful inside and out. It was fully stocked with everything we could ever need. The house was warm and inviting. Great quiet neighborhood. Made us feel at home away from home. Josie was great and prompt about answering all my questions. Can’t wait to come back to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and stay here at this wonderful property. I will be telling all my friends and family! Thank you Josie and Curt!

Scottsdale Oasis

This property was fantastic! Very nice backyard with 2 putting greens and patio area. Updated kitchen with all the essentials. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and Josie, the property host, was especially attentive and helpful. Our group arrived earlier than check-in time and she allowed us in a few hours early. She offered suggestions for dinner and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and really close to TPC Scottsdale. 20 minutes from the airport. I will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous, comfortable spot close to everything

We stayed at Josie and Curt’s property over the holidays and had a wonderful time. The home is so comfortable, tastefully decorated, and plenty of space for families. Josie was available at a moment’s notice for questions, and graciously extended our stay when our plans changed. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful

Josie was incredibly accommodating. The home was fully stocked w new towels and bedding and it has plenty of room for a large group. The backyard is peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend staying here.

Highly Recommend

We had a group of 11 women staying for the Arizona Pinners Conference. There was plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and bedding for everyone. Every switch in the house was labeled. And communication with the hostess was phenomenal, very welcoming. Couldn't have asked for anything more. If I ever need to rent a house in the area again, it will definitely be this one.
