Cozy little cabin

It was a perfect little place for us and our dog to stay when we weren't out sightseeing. The kitchen isn't much but the outside grill was clean and worked perfectly for our dinners.

First time in Arkansas.

I appreciated how clean the cabin was. The grounds are nice. Beautiful lake front. The constant planes flying overhead was a bit much. We enjoyed our time there except for the tornado warning on the last night. Lol.

Will Stay Again!

The cabin was what we expected it to be. Our home away from home. Cute, cozy, clean, quiet, and pet-friendly. Just bring your personal items including hair dryer and you’re good to go. If you like to cook on the grill- they have plenty of BBQ grills. Complimentary snacks, bottled water, and coffee/creamer provided to get you started. Grocery stores nearby. There were fire starter, and charcoal. But not sure if it was left over from previous guests. It was a relaxing get away from husband and I. Oh! by the way, don’t forget to bring empty water containers to fill up on FREE SPRING WATER. We fill our empty water bottles the day before we left. The best one is on Fountain St along The Arlington Hotel. You’ll be glad you did and wished you brought 500 gal container.

26 yr anniversary

Great location just a few steps from the water. Quiet and tranquil. Five minutes to grocery store ten minutes to bath house row 15 minutes to zip line, kayak delivery right to us at the beach area. We had a wonderful time we will return to Edgewater Resort

Overall great stay

It is exactly as pictured. The cabin was super clean. It is located in a super convenient spot. We were able to put our kayaks in Lake Hamilton right on the location and were just steps from Lake even though the cabin itself isn’t backed by the lake. Jerry was super helpful with my questions during booking and then the email regarding checkin got lost and he was super quick to respond when I called. Overall would stay again.

Appreciated the owner's fast communication. The property was very clean and well kept. We had a special request on our last day regarding checkout and they were very kind to work with us. We will definitely be back!

Nice getaway!

We loved getting away for a little while. Being able to bring our fur baby was a big bonus! Toilet was not placed at an easy in out place. But that was the only down side. Will definitely be repeat customers!

Quaint setting. Quiet, close to town but peaceful. Easy to locate.

The property is quaint and peaceful. However it needs some upgrades and tender loving care. The cottage was clean and had all the necessities but could use some upgrades and refreshing. The lady that cleans was very nice and helpful but never had any contact with the property manager if there was one, never heard from or saw anyone. The outside trash was never emptied, no biggie though. Overall, it was acceptable and on a one to ten in all honesty, a six

These cottages were built in the 1940s shortly after Lake Hamilton was created with the construction of the damn. Though they are old, they have been well maintained and upgraded to ensure they are clean and comfortable for the guests. Being at the edge of the city limits, they feel like they are in the country, and the grounds are well maintained and very beautiful.
