Renting out my timeshare on beautiful Hilton Head Island. A stones-throw from the ocean, shopping, restaurants, pubs, and more. Hilton Head is one of the most beautiful vacation spots in the country. Many golf courses on the island, bicycle rentals, and other fun activities. Check-in May 15, Check-out May 22 $139/night

Normal check in time is 4pm Saturday May 15. Check out is 10am Saturday May 22. If you are checking in after normal hours, you are able to check-in up until 12:00 am with Security. Call the Office to set up after hours check-in. Please call security If you arrive after 12:00 am you will have to wait to check in the next business day when the Office opens at 9 am.

Each condo unit has 1 parking space in the parking lot adjacent to the buildings. There are no reserved spaces, it is first come first served.

No pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.

Sea Crest supplies soap, paper products, bedroom linens, kitchen towels, and 2 sets of towels for each bathroom in the condo. They do not supply beach towels, and I am pretty sure they do not supply shampoo but I could be mistaken. You may pay for a change of towels if you like or wash them during the week in the laundry room on site. Everything that you find in the condo except the soap and paper products must remain in the condo after you leave. The condo association will bill for anything missing after you leave.

There are 3 Swimming Pools on the grounds, one of which is heated, an outdoor Hot Tub, 2 Tennis Courts & a Coin Operated Laundromat. The Resort has WI-FI in each Condo and at each of the Pool Areas.

There is a courtyard area with shuffleboard, gas and charcoal barbeque grills, picnic tables, beautiful new gazebo, cornhole & a playground for our little friends. On site there is also an activity center where books, games and various other items can be signed out.

Guests have access to a third pool & deck overlooking the Beach, here you will find a junior Olympic size Pool, Kiddie Pool, Snack Bar (Seasonal) & Restrooms.
