The North Park Bungalow

We are located in a quiet North Park Neighborhood and centrally located to: beaches, airport, downtown, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, Sea World's Water park, Tijuana, and within walking/biking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Our charming space has its own private entrance and features a queen bed, bathroom (shower), and kitchenette. We take pride in a clean and welcoming space so you can enjoy every aspect of your trip. We are also happy to equip you with all of your beach needs including beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels and an umbrella. Parking is never an issue as this is a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking.

La Casita is a charming private guest house. It has a wonderful supportive bed. The shower has good pressure and the kitchenette is well kept.

Neat and well-planned casita

The casita is in a quiet neighborhood with access to downtown and multiple freeways. Very clean and comfortable. The host and family are friendly and respectful of privacy. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Casita Oasis

The Casita was just what we had hoped for. Clean, had all kinds of utensils, plates and glasses. Fridge and Microwave, sinks...nice enough shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed... Best of all, was how quiet and peaceful it was for our whole stay.

Perfect in Every Way!

The North Park Bungalow turned out to be our favorite stay of the trip! Florence and Matt gave great recommendations and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I loved everything about our stay from the quaint neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants and bars, water and snacks, easy Netflix access, toiletries, privacy, and ultra cleanliness. Florence thought of everything! If we ever move to San Diego, which isn't out of the realm of possibilities, we'd definitely pick North Park as home. Thank you for a great stay! :-)

My husband and I were both born and raised (mostly) in San Diego and our family moved back to San Diego in 2017after having lived in San Francisco for 15 years! We picked our home location because of the quiet neighborhood feel and for how centrally located it is. We can be anywhere we want in within 15-20 minutes. We love to explore the city in so many ways: biking, hiking (there are plenty around!), swimming (my husband swims with sea lions, sharks, and all sorts of fish three times a week - for free!)... we are an active family and love our city.
