Message me for long term stays! Welcome! I’m so excited to share this piece of paradise with you on SPI. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo on the bay. You will be surrounded by water, a fishing pier, a pool and friendly neighbors! Clayton’s beach bar is an easy walk. Plenty of restaurants near by, birding center and convention center next door!
You will get 1 parking pass. 5 guest wristbands are available in the unit.

Owner was responsive but unit needs some tlc and fixtures/appliances/dishes, and pots and pans replaced. Get rid of old stuff not being used, just makes it look cluttered.

Nice property!

Owner replied so quickly with any questions we had. She is awesome. The property is nice. We were able to fish and use the jacuzzi in December! There is a very nice balcony, and the overall space was bigger than I anticipated.

Everything and more!

What a perfect piece of paradise. I was searching for a spot ON the water and this was definitely it. I loved waking up to the canal everyday. The condo was well taken care of and everything was in working condition. I brought most of my own supplies just in case, but most of the necessities were available. It was very easy to message the renter anytime I needed anything. My kids and I enjoyed the pool a lot too. This condo is close enough yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of SPI, while still being on the main road. We loved being in between the action and all of the beaches. Thank you to Stephanie for sharing this beautiful property with us! We will definitely book again in the future.

I am a valley native who spent much of my childhood at south padre island. I have watch the island develop into this huge tourist area with so many fun places and things to do! I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. I love experiencing different beaches all over the world.. of course there are too many to see but I visit when I can!! :)

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is so close to everything!! Beautiful bay view with boats and kayaks passing through, my neighbors are so friendly, the property is well kept and it’s an easy walk to Clayton’s beach bar. This property is also very close to the projected new causeway in a few years. I’m looking forward to the new developments close by!
