Weekend getaway

The cabin was beautiful and very spacious! Great getaway from home! The roads leading to the cabin were a little steep, but manageable! The owner was quick to reply to any questions! Would stay here again.

Great cabin

The photo does not do this place justice! The kids loved the big screen and arcade game, and the adults loved the pool table and hot tub.

This place is amazing.

We were snowed in one day. Kids, dad and Pap enjoyed game room. Mom and Meme watched movies and hit the hot tub. This cabin is wonderful. We had privacy and enjoyed the time together. Love it so much!

Beautiful and fun rental

Our family loved this rental house. The kids loved the game room- pool table, video games, and basketball game. We loved the quietness of the location, large rooms, cleanliness of the house, and the movie room. Communication was great with the management before our arrival. Everything was in working order. Location is lovely- we even saw a mamma bear and her 2 cubs a house away from this as we were pulling up. Only possible improvement point would be more silverware- but that is super minor. Would definitely choose to stay here again. It's a winner!

Fun Cabin but…

My roommates and I decided to rent this cabin over the weekend to get away from our busy lives and just enjoy some mountain time. Upon arriving to the Cabin we were very impressed. Everything was clean and organized. The basement blew us away with the movie theater room stocked with some of our favorites to the cleanliness of the hot tub. Where things started to fall apart though was in the sheets. Both pull out mattresses were unusable as we found a mouse and his droppings in the basement pullout couch and similar droppings in the main level pullout. Our sleeping situation was not ideal for this as we had 6 people in the cabin now with only two usable beds. Which lead to 4 of us sleeping in the movie theater room with no bed to use. If the mouse problem was taken care of and the beds were replaced with something better than sleeping on a hardwood floor than I would definitely re visit this cabin. But until that happens we will try another spot.

Nick, we were absolutely horrified to receive this review. This is not up to our standards, and since we take pride in our rentals, this was absolutely unacceptable. The same day this review was left, we contacted Arrow Exterminators to immediately make a visit to Lucky Cub and address the issue. Since then, they have made numerous routine maintenance checks to ensure the issue has been relieved. Again, we greatly apologize that you experienced this while staying with us and we want to let you know that it was a priority for us to handle the rodent issue. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and let us know how we can do better. Also, thank you for leaving a 4-star review in the midst of the rodent issue. We would absolutely love to host you all again if you are interested.

It was amazing we where super happy how nice the cabin look inside at first we where scare about the road sense we arrived at 2am but when we when inside waoo breath taking ❤️❤️

Perfect for our family getaway!!

We loved your cabin!! My kids, ages ranging from 16 - 8, had a blast in the lower level! The pop-a-shot, pool table, Pac-Man and the movie room were so much fun in the evenings!! The cabin was clean, welcoming and perfect for us. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was amazing this was our first time to Tennessee. The kids really enjoyed themselves as well as me and my wife. Great location !great cabin ! Only downside was the soaker tub in the master suite wasn’t accessible there was black build up coming from the jets but I can’t complain overall it was a great getaway I will be returning and will recommend this cabin to family and friends

Amazing stay

This is the first time coming to Gatlinburg TN and also the first time staying in a cabin. My experience was superb the cabin was spacious and meet all my needs. I love the fact that they have a private entry for this cabins, it makes it feel secure. All the attractions where a 15 to 20 minutes drive. I was going to pick on anything from this property the only thing would be the internet was a bit slow, but it’s understandable cause you are staying in a mountain cabin. Great experience would recommend and definitely come back for a second stay.

The cabin was very clean. However, do not rent this cabin if you have any handicap issues at all. There were 5 steps to entrance which were fairly easy to get up to the porch. The main floor had two bathrooms and one large master bedroom. You can walk out onto back screened porch without any problems. I was only able to get downstairs to the hot tub, theater room, pool table, etc. once. This was due to the steps downstairs being very steep and difficult to get up and down. So if you have any handicap issues and want to use the hot tub don't rent this cabin. Also make sure if you'll be there during bad weather that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The hill to get up to the gate and then to the cabin is very steep. Our front wheel drive van got up the hills fairly well but the weather was fine.

Amazing Stay !

I love love love this home. I just got back today and I’m literally on the phone with my family as I type this message telling them how great our stay was. The home was cozy, temp was great. Bed was so comfortable. Jacuzzi ? Amazing ! Movie room ? Amazing ! Everything was just great. Fireplace will warm up the house within minutes. Contacting the owner was so easy. After we checked out my sister left her business laptop and other things behind I immediately contacted the owner and we were able to get back and get it. He was great and very very nice. Thanks again for this lovely home. Highly recommended

Cozy Cabin

I would definitely come back and stay at this lovely cabin. It was cozy and very clean. Everything was working properly and well taken care of. Definitely recommend staying here.

Poor communication and not thoroughly cleaned

The place was beautiful and it had everything we wanted. Unfortunately, things weren't properly cleaned. When I turned on the jets in the jacuzzi tub black flakes shot out all over me...very gross. The stand up shower had a lot of mold and mildew and one of the toilets was very dirty. We did a weekend stay for Friday and Saturday night and on Saturday morning we got a knock on the door and looked out the window to see a nondescript white maintenance van. We cracked the door to see who he was and he said he was scheduled to work on the TVs. We called the number on the info paper on the coffee table in the front room and it was the old owner and she gave me the number of the current owner. We called with no answer. So the maintenance man called and she answered and he had it on speaker and she said that he was supposed to be there, that she had left me a message but the "service was spotty" and she offered a 10% refund for the inconvenience (which hasn't went back in the bank yet). It was just very unprofessional, she should have gotten directly ahold of me or confirmed my response back. We did NOT want the interruption but she asked if it would be ok while he was standing there on speaker, so it would have been very uncomfortable to say no at that point. He said it would take 30min and it took 2 or 3 hours, so we couldn't leave to go get food like we had originally planned. She did refund me the cost of the cleaning fee (that has went back into the bank account) plus the 10% (that hasn't went into the account) , but overall we still feel cheated out of our weekend and were very unhappy with the lack of professionalism. The maintenance could have very well waited until AFTER our departure at 10am on Sunday. Overall very unsatisfied with our experience. :(

This was in our infancy and we have a completely different staff (from guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, to management).
