It was a very nice home, spacious, and clean. The host, Jennifer, answered any questions with a quick response, and the check-in process was very easy. She also gave us suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area.

Fall Family Vacation

The gorgeous property was the perfect spot for a fall vacation. Close enough to good takeout, excellent amenities for cooking, a beautiful property, and plenty of books and toys to amuse kids.

Great two nights away

Very spacious, clean house that is well equipped for a two night get away. We were two families and had tons of space to play games, read, rest, etc. Owners were great and left helpful hints on restaurants, cookies and wine. Great stay. Thank you!

Perfect for a group getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house was immaculate, gorgeous grounds, beautiful and clean pool, great linens, well stocked kitchen and home. We are so happy with our decision to stay here!

Beautiful place!

Super clean and gorgeous home. Excellent location and spectacular property. There were even ripe peaches on trees in the yard! Owners were lovely and easy to work with. Will definitely be back!

Lovely location and space

This is an excellent space for a large family getaway. It is quiet and spacious, and it has everything you will need: all the kitchen appliances you need, games for entertainment, a heated pool, and a beauty study with books that kept me standing there for longer than I should've. I highly recommend it!

Cozy and comfortable stay

Serene and quiet spot surrounded by nature. House is well maintained and everything was clean and in good condition. Easy to get to area hikes. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and my kids were kept busy by the pop-a-shot game! Would definitely consider visiting in the summer as well. Jen was very responsive throughout our booking and then during our stay.

Gorgeous serene Saugerties

Beautiful house, property and understated and warm decor. Loved the layout and access to outdoor space. The bedrooms were great, especially the Master En Suite. The master bath was spacious and big enough for the soaking tub. The pool was outstanding and was welcomed after miles of nearby hiking! The host was amazing and super responsive and helpful. I will definitely consider this home for my next Catskills stay!

Beautiful summer retreat!

Spent a long weekend with friends and family at Jennifer’s place. It was a perfect summer retreat with a gorgeous pool, pond, fire pit, and grill. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the host tips and info provided to us before we arrived. The house had everything we needed to cook dinners and even had a welcome gift of tasty treats waiting for us. The area was fun to explore, but the best part was definitely relaxing at the house. We’d love to come back!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I had the most amazing week at Jennifer’s beautiful home. Check in could not have been easier and the house was beyond our expectations and even more impressive in person. The house and property were immaculate and had everything we needed for stay. The pool is huge and clean and was our favorite spot to spend time. We loved our daily visits from the deer, relaxing by the pond, and enjoying family time in the living room and game room. We also loved hiking Overlook mountain which is just a short drive away I highly recommend booking this property-you will not be sorry you did!

Relaxing week in the Catskills!

Our family of 7 (6 adults, one infant) had a wonderful time at this beautiful home between Saugerties and Woodstock! Jennifer was extremely responsive to my questions before we arrived and was very helpful with the check in and check out processes as well. The house was very spacious and had a great layout for multiple couples/family members (two bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs). Bedrooms were big and beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the living areas were very relaxing too. The property is huge and we had ample space to set up a badminton net, play Frisbee, etc. The heated pool was terrific, big and very clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool during the day, and we had s'mores by the firepit at night. We would definitely stay here again - thanks, Jennifer!

Relaxing Staycation Away From Home

Absolutely awesome house with a large pool and gazebo in a very quiet neighborhood. Me, my wife and 3 "young adult" children stayed for a week in August and it was just the change of scenery we were looking for. The owner, Jen, was a pleasure to deal with and was great at communicating with us leading up to and during our stay. The house itself is enormous, very clean, and had every amenity you could think of - we definitely felt comfortable and at home there. Upon arriving we were greeted with a friendly "Welcome!" sign on the table beside some wine and banana bread (two of my favorite things :). We spent the week enjoying the pool, which was huge, brand new, and stayed very clean. The nearby outdoor screened gazebo was my personal favorite spot to read... and nap - lol, and some of us had a blast with "catch and release" fishing in the small pond also on property. Through the whole week, a family of 5 deer would frequently pass through to play and graze, which we all found very entertaining. The nearby downtown (about 10 / 15 mins away) had a ton of restaurants to choose from (definitely check out Ohana Cafe for breakfast!) and we also utilized Price Chopper for snacks and drinks and smaller meals back at the house. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet low-key 'staycation away from home'

Clean well-stocked spacious home that was PERFECT for our family

When my 16-year-old daughter first checked out the screened in porch at this property, she came back and said, “I feel like I’m not worthy.” And then when she took a bath in the master bedroom’s bathtub, she said it was “the highlight of her life.” There is something truly magical about this home and its surroundings. It’s tucked away at the end of the road at the base of a mountain surrounded by a beautiful landscape filled with Rose of Sharon bushes (that were filled with hummingbirds every single morning), cattail plants (that line the yard and pond), a pond (that is filled with fish and a talkative bullfrog), an enormous private yard (for countless games of wiffle ball and Kan Jam) incredible sunsets and so much more. And while we came to the Catskills to enjoy hiking, antiquing and dining, we found ourselves wanting to stay at this house most of the time. It felt like home the minute we walked through the door. We played games under the canopy on the deck and ping pong tournaments in the game room, hosted happy hour on the screened in porch, and watched movies in the living room. We are cooks and we always travel with our knives and cutting boards; this is absolutely not necessary in this home. The kitchen is newly updated and fully stocked with really nice kitchen essentials. The bedding and towels are so nice that we were inspired to buy ourselves new bedding and towels for our own home while we were there. Best of all, the house is perfectly situated 10-15 minutes away from both Saugerties and Woodstock, and 30 minutes from Pheonicia so we found ourselves visiting all three towns for all of their gems. The owners were SO helpful with hiking and dining suggestions. Our favorite activities included: Saugerties Lighthouse, Platt Cove Preserve, Cucina, The Dutch, Alleyway Ice Cream, Woodstock Brewery, Rail Explorers Ride, Big Deep Swimming Hole, Falling Waters Preserve, Saugerties Farmers Market … and this home! We will definitely be renting this place again, and we can’t wait to experience it in a different season.

Great W Saugerties Location & Pool!

Recently stayed here for a week and had a great time. House is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Beautiful, quiet grounds and the recent addition of the in ground salt water pool is amazing. Easy travel to Saugerties, Woodstock, and Kingston areas, with Hunter Mountain not far either. Property owners were communicative and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommended for your next stay!

Perfect Christmas Holiday away from home

Everything about this house and our host far exceeded our expectations. The house is larger and more beautiful than the photos show. It has been recently updated with all the modern conveniences, but retains it's original farmhouse charm. We came from California to spend the Christmas holiday with our adult children and their partners, who live in the Philadelphia and NYC. The house and location was perfect to spend Christmas away from home - just like out of a Hallmark Christmas movie. The house is quite spacious, the bedrooms are large, and with a seperate sitting room, game room, and living room there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get some quiet time. The kitchen was the highlight, as it was very well equiped for making 3 large holiday meals, and large enough to accomodate 2 chefs simultaneously cooking. Jennifer was an exceptional host from the beginning, with prompt and easy communication from the inquiry and reservation process through our stay at their home. Every last detail was well thought out and nicely done, from detailed amenities in the bathrooms to a pantry well stocked with the basics. It was perfect, down to the "White Christmas" Eve!

Wedding Weekend

Stayed here for a wedding weekend in Saugerties. The property was beautiful with the fall foliage. The property has so many wonderful finishing touches. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Wonderful Fall Vacation

We had a wonderful visit with our son, his wife and grandchild. The house was probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, and was beautifully decorated. There were toys for our grandchild and we enjoyed the time we spent in the home. The outside was gorgeous and offered plenty of places to gather. We watched deer in the backyard. The owner, Jennifer left us a bottle of wine and cookies which was very sweet of her and which we enjoyed. The area was fantastic. We spent time in Saugerties, Woodstock and Phoenicia. Ate out all our meals which were all tasty. All food locally sourced. The owner left recommendations, many of which we followed. I would definitely rate the home 5 stars. We made some beautiful memories.

Beautiful Getaway

This was an amazing stay for our group who attended a wedding in Saugerties. It was perfectly clean and had so much space for our group to enjoy their privacy. Only down fall was that we didn’t get to enjoy the space as much as we would have liked to due to wedding engagements. **Just a note, another bathroom would have been a game changer (when having 6 adults all trying to get ready being a bit difficult)**

Outstanding stay in West Saugerties

My wife and our 2 children (aged 2 and 0) had a terrific stay in this spacious property. Everything exceeded our expectations. Host was very responsive. House was very clean, well decorated, and most appliances are brand new. House and garden are very spacious - we look forward to renting that property again, 5* !
