THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE - This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with local neighbors on either side. Noise travels easily and echoes down the hill. The short term rental ordinance must be followed by all guests. No music or hanging out outside is allowed after 10 pm, and all cars must fit in the garage or driveway (4 cars max, this is strict). Centrally located in Tahoe Vista, Idlewood Oasis offers easy access to stunning hiking trails, exhilarating mountain biking spots, beautiful Tahoe beaches, and the renowned ski resorts of Northstar, Palisades, and Alpine Meadows.

- A lovely queen bedroom with French doors that open out to the main deck, ideal for morning coffee and fresh air.

Upstairs:
- The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, private small deck, and an en-suite bath featuring both a stand-up shower and a step-in bathtub — an oasis for relaxation.
- A second children's room with a cozy twin bunk for additional sleeping.

Please note, the property has a maximum capacity for 4 vehicles—2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Strict county regulations prohibit street parking, and violations may result in fines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
