With two queen beds and two twin beds, there is space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.  



Enjoy a private balcony overlooking Ocean Boulevard and with a partial view of the ocean!   There is balcony seating for sipping cold cocktail in the afternoon after a great day at the beach or a morning cup of coffee to get your day started in the most unbelievable way.



Our suite is a desirable 200 steps from the beach access and beach!



Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club is an iconic vacation destination and for good reason!  It truly has it all from excellent amenities to an unbeatable location.  Enjoy two pool decks - one on the oceanfront and one just downstairs from the condo complete with pools, hot tubs, and kiddie pool. 



There are also tennis courts and a grill in picnic area for that perfect cheeseburger in paradise.  Direct beach access along a stunning stretch of beach is just across the street a mere 200 steps to have your toes in the sand. There is also an array of fun activities nearby - just outside the property is Main Street.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all property amenities including all pools, tennis courts, and grills!

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am. No exceptions.

*This unit is located on the 1st floor, with elevator access.

*Outdoor pool is open year round, but not heated.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*No grills on property.

*Washer and Dryer located in patio room.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Located at the top rated Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club and centrally located in world famous North Myrtle Beach enjoy a fantastic location right in the middle of the town`s newest and best restaurants and entertainment.



World Famous Main Street features regular festivals and events, as well as excellent restaurants, beach clubs with live music, arcades, and ice cream parlurs is just 2 blocks away right down Ocean Boulevard. 



You will love being in the heart of the action and in a beautiful newly remodeled home!  Just a few minutes further south is the all-new Barefoot Landing with Waterfront dining, fireworks in season, hundreds of shops and restaurants, Duplin Winery,  Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, and T.I.G.E.R.S. **Please Note-Unit is for sale. There could possibly be a 5 to 10 minute showing during the stay. Guests will be notified in advance and are allowed to be in the unit or vacate. The realtor will lock up when they leave.**



House Rules



Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
