Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I was never sent the 6 digit code to get in the unit. We waited for almost two hours to get it and have someone let us in. Hot tub was filthy and unusable. Called to have it serviced and no one showed up. Would like a partial refund

Great place for our family vacation

Our extended family stayed in this beautiful, comfortable home for a ski vacation. This was the perfect place for us with everything we needed and easy ski access.

We felt that there were too many issues for our stay1. hot tub was not working.. We were told it would not be fixed for our stay as it was reported not working for the previous persons stay. We booked b/c it had a hot tub2. I inquired beforehand to see what coffee pot they had, I was told a keurig so we brought k cups. There was not a keuring there, We had no coffee on arrival and the next morning. A coffee maker was brought later that day3. The wine refrigerator was broken unbeknownst to us and it heated up (very hot) our wine and ruined it4. The dryer was broken and did not dry and we kept getting random error messages. The management person came and figured out we had to use one setting combination( out of at least 12 variations)to get it to work5,cabinet under the sink flooded. It was fixed- pipe issue6. Only one side of the toaster works7. 2 burners on the stove do not work. We were told it was an ongoing issue'8. We were not given any info on the house. There was a heat control in the living room. The house was so hot with it turned low. When the sink maintenance man came and we asked him he told us that control was for the owners to oversee. The control we needed to use was in a corner in the dining room9. We were not given the code for the ride share. When we inquired we were told it was in the welcome info. I sent our email with that showing it was not there. see below. Where the email says the code is "see below" but it was not.Great location clean

Great spot -- full use of Mountain Village

We enjoyed our stay very much and the property was in a fantastic location. We had a significant hiccup with the property and have managed the owners directly with that feedback.This property is steps from all of the benefits of Mountain Village -- easy to make first chair, easy to walk around Mountain Village, gorgeous views and a few steps to the gondola to go into town. We would definitely recommend and hope the private feedback we gave can be rectified.

Great location and well-equipped home

This condo has everything we needed and the location is great. We have stayed here a couple of times and love the views and the large dining area to gather. The condo was very clean. The beds and linens are comfy. The loft area gets warm - even in the winter - so needed to open some windows. The Vacasa staff was very responsive with questions and requests.

Outstanding location

This beautiful property is a central location, perfect for all levels of skiers with a lift just across the street; the restaurants and amenities of Mountain Village are equally close. This property has West facing windows for beautiful sunsets, and the spacious rooms and hot tub will delight all guests. No need for a car here if you shuttle from the airport. One note: The front door has one combination and the unit door another, so make sure you have identified both for check in.

Amazing condo with unbeatable location!!

We have been coming to Telluride/mountain village for 20 years and this is arguably our favorite place! The location is amazing. I had trouble picturing before coming. This condo is essentially on mountain village blvd. You just cross the street and you are at the lower part of the village at the circle drive for the shuttles and can ski right from there (just below the top of lift 1/chondola) or walk up a little and get to ski school/base of 4. You definitely don’t need a car thanks to being so close to the village and gondolas. The condo itself is beautiful. It has great space for our group of 9 plus a toddler to gather for meals and relax. The five bathrooms and two steam showers was great! Private hot tub was also wonderful.

Cannot beat the location!

We had our children (age 3/5) and grandparents. I absolutely love that this house is mostly 1 floor and the location cannot be beat. There were some small issues but overall, this is the best ski rental we have had. In fact, we already booked again for next year (albeit a smaller unit but in the same complex). We loved having humidiers available and that the kitchen was fully stocked including many spices. The home also came with laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. I do wish we had access to a boot and glove dryer but that is minor. The bunk room was warm at night, but I think this is normal. Overall I don't think you can go wrong with this unit.

GREAT PLACE!

We loved staying here and actually extended our trip but please read for additional details that you may want to know. Overall, this is a super awesome place to stay. It is beautiful, convenient, super clean and well appointed. We would stay here again but I think some of the details should be noted, somewhere. Our trip was at the end of September and the weather was warm and wonderful outside. I must note that air conditioning is not included (not sure if it is unavailable) in this unit. This was an issue as it was 86 degrees in the home when we arrived and were not able to cool it below 75 degrees without leaving all the windows open, always. With all of the windows open you hear all of the road noise as the windows are all along the main road. I only note it as it was a bit of challenge for us as we were traveling with two infants. This is most likely NOT an issue during other times of the year!!!!!!!! The temperate did not prevent us from extending our stay and would not keep us from returning. d

Great Location, But Poor Management and Misleading Amenities

Our stay at this VRBO unit had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic—very close to Mountain Village, making it convenient for skiing and exploring. The size of the unit was also great for our group.However, several major issues made our stay frustrating. First, the listing promised ski lockers in Mountain Village, but there were none. This was misleading and disappointing. After days of trying to locate, it seems they are referencing storing ski gear in the hallway of the building, not in the “heart of mountain Village.” Worse, the entry codes for the unit never worked during our entire stay. We spent hours trying to get in touch with someone from VRBO or VCASA, with no response. Ultimately, we had to rely on a single key from a lockbox, which was incredibly inconvenient after a long day of travel.On top of that, a sink was clogged, and it was clear that the owners cut corners on amenities—cheap toilet paper, low-quality towels, and an overall lack of attention to detail. The hot tub was another letdown. It never got warm enough and had a strong, unpleasant odor, likely due to a lack of proper chemical maintenance.The biggest issue, though, was the complete lack of customer service. There was no reliable way to reach anyone when we needed help, and the broken entry system was never fixed. For the price and location, we expected much better. Until the management improves responsiveness and follows through on promised amenities, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We love the view of Mt. Wilson out the window, the cozy fireplaces, steam showers, kitchen and dining room that are well equipped. All with walking distances of everything in Mountain Village. Skiing right out the door.

A lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has a cool bunk room upstairs for those who can handle climbing a spiral staircase. The door code did not work upon our 3:30 arrival on Friday. We were able to get someone in the phone who gave us a different door code so I would judge the lady to be helpful and responsive.

Awesome!

This is a beautiful place. It’s extremely nice and well furnished. All of the furniture and beds are very comfortable. The location can’t be beat. The walk to the ski area is only 2-3 minutes. It’s the perfect distance where you don’t feel people walking past the front door all day. The parking garage is great too. It’s tall enough for a full size truck or suburban. VASA, the management company, is very attentive to any needs we had. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay

We absolutely loved the place! It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great with a close walk to the gondola. The beds were very comfortable. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful home!

The condo is located a short walk to the Chondola/Meadows run. The property managers were fabulous and came quickly when a window got stuck and also rushed a Keurig to the house when we arrived and there wasn't the expected one at the house. The best thing about this condo is that, unlike other places I've stayed in Telluride, there are no stairs to get to the condo! When you come from sea level and aren't used to the altitude, the stairs are exhausting! We had a great stay and would definitely come back again!
