This single-family home is dog-friendly with a spacious, open concept living area. It has a massive fireplace which can be enjoyed from either the living or dining room, a wet bar, vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and a deluxe kitchen with a large island, with breakfast bar seating for four, stainless steel appliances, and an indoor grill. If you would prefer to step away from the living area, you can always retreat to the large main suite with a gas fireplace, en suite bathroom, and access to a deck from which you can enjoy the impeccable mountain views. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
