Great space. I was aware there was only one bathroom which caused a bit of a line up night and morning but we made due. Excellent pool table and nice balcony. Loved that there was locally roasted coffee. One of us wished for cooking tongs—but that was a small wish in a wonderfully large kitchen. Loved the history of the place!

Great location with easy access to everything in town. Host was very responsive. He had setup some portable a/c’s prior to our arrival which were a life saver during some really warm days. Lots of room to spread out in the property and our family of 4 had the space we needed (and then some.). A few works in progress noted throughout the property but none that were deal breakers. Overall, highly recommended for a trip to this region of Montana.

Cozy stay right in town

Loved the stay in Philipsburg- historic feel and cozy beds, very spacious with high ceilings, fantastic location near our favorite brewery !

Great place

Had a great stay at the Opera House Loft. This was the 3rd year staying there and as always such a treat! Love the location as it allows for walking to activities in town without worrying about driving or parking.

This was a fabulous home to stay in for our Phillipsburg trip! It was so comfortable in every way from the plush towels and comfortable beds to the central location. We will try to rent this unit every year from now on for our Phillipsburg vacations!

Location is large and very comfortable. Also, very clean with plenty of spare towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and anything we may have needed for our two night stay. The kitchen is well equipped. If you need it, it’s in the kitchen. Parking is easy. The pool table was a very special attraction for our grandsons. It kept them occupied for hours, and off their phones! That’s a good thing. I recommend this property.

Third year in a row at the loft

As always the opera house loft was a great place to stay. So convenient, we were able to park and walk to everything we wanted/needed to see/do.

Very charming and spacious loft! Everything worked fine and the kids enjoyed the pooltable very much. Phillipsburg is small, but has some nice restaurants and shops.

Fun and beuatiful loft

Our family absolutely loved this space. It is a perfect location for being in town or heading to the ski hill/ lake. The entire experience was delightful.

Fabulous place to unwind!!

The condo was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time visiting and relaxing. We had the AC on one day and the heat the next as it snowed, and we stayed comfortable. We enjoyed the little historic town and just had a really great time.
