Located on the bank of the clear spring fed Comal River, River Run Condos Unit #218C is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a large river view double balcony. Newly remodeled including a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, king bed in master with a futon couch as well as a new queen bed in second bedroom now comfortably accommodates 7 guests. This complex is located next to Texas Tubes and Landa River Trips making this super convenient for floating. Guests may also opt to bring their own tubes. The riverbank grounds, which include swimming pool, hot tub, grills, and picnic tables, provide easy river access with 2 sets of concrete stairs leading directly into the water. Enjoy a short easy walk at the end of the day to downtown New Braunfels for fabulous restaurants and free live music. Schlitterbahn located 1/2 mile away. No pets. No smoking. 835 SF

*Note - Price per night shown is based on 6 guests; additional guests (max 7) will be charged $15/person/night. As a reminder, management is unable to provide more wristbands than the number of total occupants shown on reservation.

Our Comal River vacation condos have views of the Comal River, the riverside pool, hot tub, and are within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, TX.

*NOTE - Monthly (30+ Nights) stays will be charged a $250 Refundable Damage Deposit. Please know that this will be added once your reservation has been submitted. You will receive an email with instructions for payment of the Deposit once your reservation has been fully processed.

~What To Bring~
Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need.
***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do NOT offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage deposit.

Towels- See below for the amount of bath towels you will be given for your stay. You will need to bring additional towels if you think you will need more.

~Rules of the Condominium Complex~
Wristbands required on property.
No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property.
No BBQ grills or cookers allowed on premises per city ordinance, especially not on balconies.
No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance.
QUIET TIME - 11 pm. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot.
All vehicles must have River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required.
No life guards on duty. Swimming at individual risk.
Hallways, corridors and stairwells shall NOT be blocked in any manner to include tubes or ice chests per fire code.
Pool furniture NOT to be removed from gated pool area.
Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use.
No glass objects allowed in the river area grounds or in pool area.
Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for emergency maintenance.
No Subletting permitted.
