Villa Frida is the perfect blend of Dalmatian traditional village life and seaside holiday. This brand new villa of 68 sq m is truly unique- tastefully furnished,with a pool naturally dosed with salt water,surranded by olive trees on 25 000 sq m, untochued nature, amazing sea view and 100 % privacy.
This house is made with true love and passion. Each stone we found in a nature, shaped by our own hands. All house was made in Brač stone, so in true sence of the word, this house has soul.

Villa is on 2 floors. It has 68 sq m and 25 000 sq m of the land plot, olive field. Brand new swimming pool size 40 sq m + 6 sq m oerflow pool. Small pool with a bench to have a perfect view on Biokovo mountain and sea. And very important; there is no chlorine, just naturally dosed with salt water. There is outdoor shower, ideal for large group.
Macadame road is all the way from Sumartin to Villa Frida, but from the macadame road there is concrete to Villa Frida.
You enter into the kitchen and living/dinning room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining space has a table with 6 chairs and living area has sofa and armchair. There is a TV with internet and radio with USB. Main bathroom with shower is on the groundfloor. Also, bedroom with 2 single beds. Washing machine is "hidden" in cabinet between bathroom and bedroom. From the living room are stairs to the upper floor where you find 2 double bedrooms and toliet.One double bedroom has 1 additional bed if necessary. Other double bedroom is without additional bed. Between bedrooms is toilet. Outside is a large terrace for dining, relaxing and enjoyment with amazing sea view and mountains. Next to the house is huge dalmatian traditional grill ready for famous Brač lamb and old bread owen. Just next to the pool we build completely brand new bathroom with shower, so our guests have in use two bathrooms, one inside the villa and one outside. Villa is located just 300 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach and Puntica bay and approx 1 km from main village Sumartin. There is a private road, macadame to the villa, so no one else can access and is guarantee of privacy. Villa is located in a quiet area that makes it an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday.
