Sunshine House est un rĂȘve devenu rĂ©alitĂ© et 20 ans dans la planification! Le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© en vacances Ă  Wapato Point depuis 1980 et attend avec impatience le jour oĂč cette maison serait achevĂ©e. Le rĂȘve est devenu une rĂ©alitĂ© Ă  l'Ă©tĂ© 2008! Toutes les finitions ont Ă©tĂ© pris avec la qualitĂ© et la durabilitĂ© Ă  l'esprit ainsi que de rester vert. Les sols sont en bois et en liĂšge et le seul tapis utilisĂ© est Ă©galement fabriquĂ© Ă  partir de produits Ă©cologiques recyclĂ©s et hypoallergĂ©niques. Sunshine House est "sans animaux" absolument!Amende de 500 $ si un animal est amenĂ© sur les lieux, sans exception! Les locations sont pour les 30 ans et plus seulement, doivent montrer une piĂšce d'identitĂ© lors de l'inscription.

La grande salle a une loge sentir avec un plafond de cĂšdre de planches grossiĂšrement, en planches noueuses et armoires Alder noueux. Ceci est Ă©quilibrĂ© avec un surdimensionnĂ© Ăźle de Maple Noire pour servir tous vos repas gastronomiques. Tous les compteurs dans la cuisine sont dalle de granit, cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz et four Ă  convection, une hotte commerciale inoxydable ferait mĂȘme Emeril sentir Ă  la maison!

L'enveloppement énorme autour Trex pont a une surface couverte d'apporter l'espace extérieur et est parfait pour la cuisine en plein air et le soir se prélasser pour regarder les couchers de soleil.

La chambre principale est fabuleusement luxueux avec une cheminée et un coin salon, portes françaises à pont extérieur regardant la vue ouest du lac et les montagnes. La salle de bain est de 5 étoiles de qualité avec une pleine promenade dans la pluie de tuiles douche avec verre Muré, plus une grande baignoire, double vasque avec modernes éviers et des tonnes d'espace de comptoir navire Deco Lav.

Principal bain-de-chaussée d'hÎtes a un produit importé tous évier récipient en cuivre en provenance du Mexique et magnifique tuiles en terre cuite dans la douche et le plancher.

En bas vous trouverez deux autres chambres, une salle de roi surdimensionné avec un lit king et salle de bain privée ainsi que d'une salle adaptée aux enfants avec la pleine couchette taille et un lit d'enfant aussi avec une salle de bain privée. Patio surdimensionné est juste devant la porte.

Sunshine House is vacation heaven

Our family/friend group has booked Sunshine House multiple times and each visit is better than the last. The well-appointed home is perfectly located near the pool and the beach, with lots of amenities and gorgeous views. Don’t miss your chance to relax and recharge!

Very nice to have space for four vehicles. Terrific grill. Loved the putting green. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy view of the lake and hills.

Great place

The house was very nice, and the location is perfect. Quick walk to all the Wapato Point amenities - outdoor pool, indoor pool, shuffleboard, basketball, grass for playing sports, mini golf, watersports rental, walking paths, winery, restaurant. Plenty of room in the house for our two families of 4 with kids aged 4-12.

Great winter stay

Really enjoyed staying at this property! Nice view of Lake Chelan, great common space to hang out in, and close to everything. Everything was covered in snow, but the roads were plowed all the way to the house, and there was plenty of sledding available all around for our kids. Beds were very comfortable, the coffee maker made great coffee, and we were just really happy with it. Can't wait to come back again!

Girls Get-Away!

We had a wonderful girls weekend on Wapato Point! The house was beautiful and spacious! It has amazing views and is centrally located to pool, park, beach and boat rentals. Judy was a wonderful host and had everything you would need for a short weekend or a full week on Wapato Point!

We had a great week at the Sunshine House ! We had kids and some grandkids with us. It was very convenient to have the pool close by. Beautiful views on the deck for coffee and eating! The kitchen was well stocked and was Nice for cooking!

Great vacation with family and friends

We all loved the house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, living space great for hanging out, playing games, etc. We also went ice skating in the community ice rink and used the indoor pool. The views from the house were amazing! The hostess was available when needed, involved and helpful. Great stay!

Wapato Point at its Best!

Can’t get much better home in Wapato Point than this! The home is perfectly set up for large Family and Friends! Awesome views, across the street from the awesome pool! You will not lack anything in this home! Judy was so helpful and great access! Can’t wait to for our next vacation here!

Absolutely perfect vacation

5 friends who haven't seen each other since the beginning of the pandemic needed a few nights away from kids and husbands, and found the perfect vacation at Sunshine House! Gorgeous views, open comfortable house, tons of games, walking ability to lake and wineries.... we truly could not have asked for more. Especially appreciated the free wine tasting tickets, bottle of wine and giant chocolate bar upon our arrival! We loved our stay, and cannot wait to come back again.

Wonderful week at Sunshine House

Beautiful home! Even better than the pictures on the VRBO site. So clean and comfortable. Impressed with the quality. And the deck and view of the lake is fabulous. Saved Us

Judy is one of the best property owners I have ever worked with. Not only is her house amazing, with everything you could ever want/need, but she herself is just an incredible hostess offering input, wine tastings, plenty of everything from beach towels, dish towels, extra blankets, games, and golf balls/putters galore. We loved working with her and will be back!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Perfect for groups of adults and kids with plenty to do at the Point. Sunshine house is located literally across the driveway from the Upper Point pool and large grassy playfield perfect for soccer or throwing a football. There is plenty of activities planned for those younger ones every day at the kiosk and beach toys provided for fun days at the beach just a 5 minute walk. Putting green in the back yard for those lazy evening putting contests!
