NEW: This bright and peaceful apartment will charm you with its modern decor with subtle oriental touches. It has all the essentials for a stay with friends or family. The art- deco style residence offers green and shaded gardens. The swimming pool, worthy of the largest hotels, has deckchairs and parasols available and a children's pool. Located in the heart of the upscale Hivernage district, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and all amenities.
In the heart of the upscale Hivernage district, you are close to the majestic avenue Mohamed VI and the Ménara Mall (90 shops, supermarket, glaciers, etc.). A few meters from the residence you will find cafes, restaurants, lounge clubs ... and all the essential amenities to make your stay a real moment of pleasure (grocery store, pharmacy, banks, etc.). By car (taxis at the bottom of the residence) you are 10 minutes from the famous Djemaa El Fna beach and from the main tourist places.
The accommodation is modern, subtly decorated with an oriental touch which gives place to the finest materials (marble, wrought iron, wood, velvet, etc.). The colors (beige, gold, silver, ebony and ivory) provide a soothing setting for an unforgettable stay. It has all the essential equipment for a holiday with friends or family, in complete safety. The huge living room (25m2) has a very comfortable sofa where we like to immerse ourselves after a day of excursion in the Medina. The dining area and the workspace make it a particularly welcoming and friendly place to live. The kitchen, retro style, has all the necessary equipment for a short or long stay. The bedroom, in soft colors, is soberly decorated. The twin beds easily convert into a very comfortable king size and a large built-in cupboard offers very practical storage.
The art deco-style residence has lush green gardens, shaded by orange and palm trees, and galleries that we like to stroll around. The swimming pool, out of sight, is worthy of the largest hotels. It has deckchairs and parasols at your disposal. Supervised by a lifeguard during the summer, it has a children's pool. Commissioned by King King Hassan II from the great Moroccan architect Sijelmassi (FÚs station, Casablanca Marina ...), the Résidence des 3 Palmiers is a monument in itself.

By car, you are less than 10 minutes from Djemaa El Fna beach and the main tourist places, 20 min. from the airport (taxis âat the foot of the residence).
