Beautiful Lake Front Home, Upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath with large living room, dinning room and eat in kitchen! Lots of room to relax with the family and enjoy amazing lake Pend Oreille in Bayview! You’ll have access to full upper deck along with a private rock swimming pool at the bottom. If additional accommodation is needed we do have one bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and living room downstairs for an additional charge. (WE DO NOT RENT THE BOTTOM HALF SEPARATELY ONLY IF GUEST NEED MORE ROOM) Wireless Internet, washer & drying available for use. There is also a TESLA overnight charger available for use. Only 40 min from the amazing Schweitzer Ski Resort!

Please ask about boat docking if wanting to bring your toys along.

We also offer daily rates for 2, 3 seater Yamaha Wave Runners and two brand new Kayaks 😊

Our little town of Bayview has tons to offer and is only 30 minutes to CDA and 30 minutes to Sandpoint. Enjoy our small town feel with HUGE lake access.

Amazing place with an incredible view! The interior is very well kept and it truly felt like an awesome weekend getaway. The walk down to beach/dock area can be a little slippery, but if you take it slow it’s not too bad.

The house was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys running around. It was a very relaxing stay. I would give 5 stars except the bbq was dirty and did not work. I had a bbq steak dinner planned for anniversary.

Great spot for a family vaca

The place has a rustic feel and all the essentials needed for a group of 6 to stay comfortably. Lake access was perfect for swimming. Private dock with the ability to rent the jet skis was awesome! Property manager was very easy to work with and the house owner went above and beyond. We look forward to staying here again.

Family weekend get away

Beautiful home on the lake with easy access to the little town of Bayview. We so enjoyed the home. We made dinner and smores on the deck while enjoying the beautiful view. We enjoyed kayaking and taking out the jet ski. Great place and we will be back!

It was beautiful and relaxing. The house had everything and more than we needed and was very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Very easy to get to Silverwood for the day. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely want to stay again.

Great place on the lake!

This place is great for a quiet weekend away… large home with lots of interior space, great deck, lovely little rocky beach and fire pit. The kitchen is really well stocked—almost as if you are borrowing the home from a relative! It would be great to have some paddle boards or kayaks to explore the lake a little, but overall a great place!

Awesome!

Overall, we really felt at home! A few suggestions would be to fill up the propane tanks for the bbq and maybe build a few steps down to the beach and add a ladder to the dock for swimming. Great views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, good location!

Large waterfront place with lots of room for a handful of teenagers

This is a great home on beautiful Lake Pend Oreille. Kayla was a very prompt host and took care of our needs. The trek down to the water is a bit rough with the steep grade, but we enjoyed this place and would consider it for future stays.

Beautiful lake front property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The lake is gorgeous and the house is well maintained and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The boat slip was used by the host’s family both days, which we didn’t know about until we received the check in information. Also, to sleep 6 some have to sleep on the couch or on an air mattress provided in the 2nd bedroom. We rented the wave runners and they were fabulous. They were a great way to explore the lake. We would highly recommend and stay here again.

Home was nice,clean and roomy. Neighborhood was nice. Having a dock on the property was a plus. Cleanliness downtick was for the patio and bbq which needed to be cleaned. I mentioned a couple of items to the property manager, such as a maintenance person coming in the house and using our bathroom as we arrived and one of the doors was unlocked when we arrived, but received no response. This wasn’t communicated to the manager but one morning around 715 am there were men on the property making a lot of noise, talking loud and doing some work. We expect there to be a reasonable time period of quiet but 7:15 was way too early.

Absolutely what we needed

Thank you!! Beautiful property going with some renovations on the exterior but that didn’t stopped us to enjoy the property!! Awesome communication with our host. It was clean comfy peaceful. Great Lake View Home

This home is very unique. The interior has a lot of character. Some spots have been remodeled others are original. The view is amazing. You have access to the lake, the hike up and down is a little steep and slippery. Also, bring water shoes it is very rocky. There is no Pool, it is just a swimming hole in the lake with stairs, super neat but don't promise the kids a pool! Kitchen was fully stocked. We had a great time we were in the water almost the whole time.

Another great Bayview location!! Amazing host!!

This is our second year in a row coming to Bayview as an annual family vacation. Our main purpose was for Silverwood. This home is a perfect location for any of your needs in the area. It was so spacious for the 4 of us and located with a few minutes of Silverwood. A very homely feeling with a country/cabin vibe. Lost of features that were enjoyed; deck with amazing view, hot tub, large sleeping area, media style TV (for the kids), large eating area for us all to enjoy. Easy access to home and smooth entry to property. Amazing host and will look again to stay here in the future it available. Thank you again!!

Bayview weekend

Overall we had a really great time. The communication was great. The beds were comfortable. Lots of room. Going up and down was a little much but was expected. Swimming was fun. Jet skiing was fun. Could not use kayak because it was missing the paddle. I had to clean and sweep off all outside areas before we could use them. Keep in mind only 1 tv in the main room but thanks to a previous review we knew and prepared but was so busy we never really watched tv. We had a great time.

Bayview Bummer

The good: the view of the lake from the property. The bad: everything else! This property appears to be a full time home for the owner and when it is rented he stays in the lower part of the house in a dingy scary looking apartment. This proprrty was filthy, there was mold, dirt caked in corners, the owner had his personal.belongings everywhere, their were dirty dishes in the sink, and overall it appeaers the houses interior was last updated in the 1960s. In summation, we couldnt wait to leave. Rent at your own risk!

I’m sorry you feel that way, the owner does not live there full time and in our ad in clearly states a business is ran out of the bottom half of the property. If you know anything about VRBO or Airbnb’s they are personal property’s but again sorry you feel that way.

Beautiful view but very busy

Pros: the view, the lake, the house was roomy enough for 5 grown adults, allowed pets, proximity to Silverwood, host was easy to communicate with Cons: this is a busy property. It doesn’t mention it in the listing but the host will let you know when she sends check in info. The dock is used by multiple people, accessing a house across the lake at any time during the day. It was uncomfortable for my family trying to enjoy a quiet private vacation. I think the listing needs to reflect this info so people can be aware that the house parking will have people coming and going. Had we known this info before hand we probably wouldn’t have rented the home. But it was mentioned after it was too late to cancel. We are also not comfortable with cameras, the feeling of people watching is uncomfortable, the listing doesn’t mention there is a camera. I contacted the host, she said she turned it off. Still just an uncomfortable feeling for us. The home could use a deep clean and purge of expired food in the cupboards. The bathroom outlets did not work so I had to do my hair in the dining room.

Disappointed

We stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. We were less than impressed with the cleanliness of the house. We knew going into it that it was an older home. Upon arrival we started to unload our belongings. We opened the refrigerator and it was half full of miscellaneous items. As well as all the cupboards being full of random food. I’m guessing the property owners live here when it’s not being occupied by renters on vrbo. There was a Tupperware of food that made the whole refrigerator smell terrible. The carpet needed cleaning so badly that all of us kept our slipper on the entire stay as well as flip flops when we showered. It honestly looked like they hadn’t had anyone come in and clean before we arrived. We went to take the trash out after the first night of our stay and it was completely full. We ended up taking more than half of our trash with us when we left. I’m unsure as to what they have going on in lower portion of the house but there were people coming and going. I didn’t see anywhere on the listing stating that this was going to be the case.

Very outdated and not private

This was our first vrbo experience. Beautiful property and view. However when you pull up to the house it looks a bit unkept. And also several other cars parked in the yard. The upstairs was fairly clean, just really looks like 1989 still. Surprised to see the fridge was half full and even some insulin medication in there. The house almost appears as if someone lives there full time and just moved out so we could stay there. Then come to find out that the 2 bathrooms dont have any locking doors. Another thing to note was the only tv was in a bedroom? The deck outside is an absolute liability. The railing is loose and wobbly. Little unnerving when its 20' above ground. Patio furniture is ripped and torn. The dock is nice, but kinda a trek to go up and down it. The thing that really made us feel uncomfortable was that every day we were there were different cars and truck coming and going parking at the house and using the utv to go up and down the hill and to use their boat. Really didn't like the sounds of trucks parking and utvs running early morning right next to the house. I was really expecting privacy and we didn't get that at all. Pretty disappointed with my vrbo experience at this property.

Ry, I did not expect this review at all, we let you check in earlier and we talked multiple times throughout your stay and you seemed very comfortable and happy and even rented one of our wave runners. We have very clear pictures of what our house looks like so I’m sorry it was not up to your expectations. The cleaners must have missed the medication from the previous guest so I do apologize for that. Vrbo is not a hotel by any means and these are peoples homes, specifically this is are vacation home that we rent during the summer. I assured you those trucks were our crew that had to go across to Lakeview for a job that week and respect the property and guest and arnt allowed in the home. I’m sorry if there was a misunderstanding and I wish you would have let me know when we communicated durning your stay.
