Charming new house on 6 acres across from Silver Lake

Newly built 4 bedroom 2 bath home across the road from Big Silver Lake. We built this as our family guest house completed in spring 2021. Situated on 6 acres where you can enjoy walking paths or cross country skiing through the property. Enjoy a camp fire at the fire pit with wood provided. We have opened this up for the week of EAA, 2024 If you would like additional nights please contact us or book the week and we can add additional nights. It is located about 35 minutes from the EAA grounds.

It has three queen beds, one double bed, twin bunk beds, a toddler bed and a port-a-crib. An additional bedroom is in the basement and bathroom completed in winter 2022. Open concept kitchen, living room with a large deck with gorgeous views. We are located seven houses from the boat landing and have plenty of room to park boats on the property. We are also located near snowmobile trails with parking for trailers and sleds. You can swim off your boat or dock at the Silver Cryst Tiki bar and use their beach if you eat or drink there. The Princeton flea market is 25 minutes away and is a great Saturday activity. Nordic Mountain is less than 20 minutes away for tubing, snowboarding and skiing. Waushara County has a lot of natural public lands for you to enjoy hiking and exploring.

The house has wifi, a smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and HBO Max, a washer and dryer, and a pool table and dart board for your use. We are very child friendly. My wife and I are at the lake house most of the time in spring and fall. We will consider access to the lake through our property on the lake. We have sup boards and a kayak for your use.

During the winter, there is great ice fishing on Silver Lake. The bay is a half mile from the house. Nordic Mountain is only 20 minutes away and offers family fun tubing, snowboarding and skiing.

The Tree Cottage is set up to be a great gathering place for families of all ages. It has also been rented for business retreats. The space is open and very welcoming and we think you will enjoy your stay at Tree Cottage.

We loved this house and it’s location! My kids loved the trails behind the house and all that there was to do! Such a great house and so cute! The owners were very helpful and accommodating! We will stay again for sure!

Nice, clean, comfortable home.

The home was very nice. Lots of space and comfortable bedrooms. The owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. The property is not on the lake but close enough for easy access.

Girls get away!!

This was a much needed girls weekend from life's stresses. Very nice property. The house is played out well, stocked well, very roomy and relaxing. The deck was our highlight as the weather was pretty warm. Owners were great to work with and quickly responded to questions. I would totally recommend this if you are looking in the Wautoma, Wi area.

Great Family Getaway!

This place was PERFECT for our family getaway. We came from all corners of Wisconsin and this was a great middle ground. The home is absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. There were infants, toddlers and adults and everyone had enough of their own space, yet the open living space, beautiful scenery and awesome deck let us hang out and be together. The owners were SO extremely kind and generous and a delight to work with. Would recommend this again to anyone!

Little cabin in the woods!

The cabin was great an surpassed all our expectations. It was VERY clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you would need. The neighborhood was pleasant as were all the people. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. The town had some great places to eat and shop.
