While bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens score highly as places for homely touches, this villa has distinct spaces carefully designed for entertaining friends, connecting with family. This was organized in order to help people feel happy, comfortable and relaxed while they stay here. As for safety there are also 5 security camera on the outside.
----This 3 Bedroom W/ 2 Full Bathroom , half bathroom villa has over 1600sq ft. of living space which is a great accommodation for family and friends. Let's not forget it is Immaculate & Full Of Upgrades!

When entering the front door you will need to put in the code of your last for digits of your phone number or your Birth year. You will then be welcomed by OUR WELCOME HOME board on the right . The first door on the left is where the half bathroom is located , following is a second door on your left which is closet but it's kept locked*. The door on the right is a garage which is not accessible at this moment but there is a driveway that would be quite useful.

The Cozy and bright Living Room Is The Heart Of The Home Complete With a sectional couch as well as a open kitchen concept. The kitchen includes a beautiful dining area, a island with a sink as well as a the necessary amenities which includes a Fridge with a water and an ice maker, an electric stove( cook tops). LET's not forget the microwave as well as kitchen appliances * utensils etc*


With 3 Bedrooms ( upstairs) where the Master bedroom has it's own bathroom. The other two bedrooms are across the hall from the other bathroom. The laundry is also upstairs; it consists of washer & dryer , Iron , Ironing Board. There is also a minor sitting Loft area where you can watch some television and enjoy each other's company.

BACKYARD INCLUDES A GRILL & COVER PATIO~ as well as a seating arrangement.

This New villa is located about 1 1/2 miles for the only Mercedes Benz Manufacturing plant in the USA. Nest away between UA Tuscaloosa Downtown 20 minutes away 1-20. West and UAB 35mins away I-20 east and Downtown Birmingham. Lake Lurleen camping and water activities are also near by , literally only minutes away. Enjoy the beautiful villa style living in Tuscaloosa Vance villa.

Great stay!

Very neat, clean house in quiet neighborhood. Darryl was excellent to communicate with and was completely gracious when I panicked after a pen exploded in my bag and got on the rug (thankfully it came out, thank you Google). Would absolutely stay here again. Great for families traveling.

We spent 4 days at this beautiful home for Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was wonderful and our host Darryl was very helpful in communications. We were visiting for the Iron Bowl but if a corporate person is visiting the Mercedes Benz plant, this is your place as it is very close to the plant. Great trip! Thanks

Awesome guy to deal with. Super professional

They loved it! Cheaper than individual hotel rooms and had access to home Amenities like washer dryer kitchen dishwasher oh and a grill.

2nd stay

This is the second time our family has stayed here. Clean and comfortable. Quite neighborhood. Great host. Friendly neighbors. We appreciate the extra toiletries and starter essentials.It’s in the middle of everything and literally right next to the Mercedes plant. We have family in the area so we visit once a year and as long as this house is available for rent we will stay here. Thank you Darryl for having us.

Family Weekend

We stayed here while visiting our freshman at University of Alabama for Family Weekend. It was a little bit of a drive but definitely manageable and it was so nice to have room to spread out (and no more expensive than the hotels that weekend). The house was VERY clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We were able to sit outside on the patio and relax in the yard. The neighborhood was safe and was a great place to take a walk. The host responded quickly when we had questions and (unless we missed something), the check-out process was very easy. The only thing I would suggest is stocking the kitchen a little more fully. We did not eat meals there, but if we had, imagine we may have needed more cups/plates. There was a Keurig which was really nice to have. Overall, it was a beautiful place and we’re really glad we had the opportunity to stay here!

Nice Property

This was the first time we stayed at a VRBO. Not sure what to expect, but it was nice and clean. We left the place picked up, took out our trash, and pulled linens off the bed. The only downside was that the property manager/owner wanted us to take the trash cans out to the curb for Monday morning (5:30 am) garbage pick up and was persistent that it get done. He also contacted me wanting me to check the ring camera that during our stay because it wasn't working. I felt that these were tasks that a renter would be asked to do. We took the garbage can out to the curb and looked at the ring camera.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

The good: lovely house, good-sized rooms, clean, welcoming curbside appearance, nice layout, comfortable primary suite bed, nice quiet neighborhood, affordable, quick responses from the host. The bad: not enough plates or bowls for the size of our party, toilet paper ran out, no dishwasher detergent even though dishwasher listed as amenity, one dishrag but no towels for the kitchen — we could have used extra hand towels intended for the bathrooms but there weren’t extra, no checkout instructions so emptied garbages, took sheets off beds, put all towels and lines in laundry room, cleaned kitchen, wiped down all bathrooms The ugly: several hours after we left, the host texted us accusing our family of “stripping the floors” and leaving burn marks caused by smoking. All accusations were false…none of us even smoke! I asked for photos and videos, none of which he ever provided. He threatened to file a claim against us (I suppose because we had accidental damage policy?) I continued to push back. Eventually, he backed down and said the floors were fine but that there was still damage. This is untrue. In the end he agreed. The home was lovely. But buyer beware. Take pics when you arrive and when you leave no matter your host.

Nice stay, but took 7 months to review me

Overall, this is a great location and house. The house is clean, the neighborhood was pleasant. There are no amenities nearby other than a dollar store and a small (and very good!) Mexican restaurant. Supplies at the house were basic (kitchen tools, etc…), but fine for a couple of nights’ stay. The Keurig had sitting water in it, so it smelled when we arrived, but we just cleaned it out and left it dry when we exited. Iron was the same—had smelly sitting water and a bit of mild growth at the top. It seems like the property may not be rented often enough for these water-filled items to stay fresh unless each guest empties them upon exit. One other interesting bit—the home security system seems to have a camera working in the living area on a touchscreen wall mount . Who is able to see us while we are in the house? It made me a little uncomfortable, so we just put a piece of paper in front of the camera. One other strange thing about the property is that the manager waited 7 months after our stay to review our stay. Do they really remember us? Makes me a bit suspicious. Overall, we had a nice time there. Seven months ago.

Sorry we do no have cameras in the living area. We all can assume that our TVs have cameras in them but that do not make it true. We didn’t request a review after 7 months the sys must have only to track data. Also the Sardies’s Restaurant and Bakery is only 2 1/2 miles away just on the other side of The Mercedes plant. The only gust who said this in 3 years. I hope it get better for you in 2024. Happy New year!!.

Great Stay!

We felt so at home in this property. All of the rooms were very bright and spacious. The property was also very clean. We’ll definitely keep this property in mind when traveling back to Alabama! :)

Alabama game - Great place

Went to Alabama football game. Property is 20 min outside Tuscaloosa. Very clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the place.
