D hotel Vegas

The Hotel was ok, the room was clean, but the mail and packages service and the security where very inefficient, they almost lost my mailed package. It was overnight paid and it took them 3 days to find it. I almost lost my passport and my flight.the security personal where very arrogant.T

Room was clean but it was very loud and noisy on that side of the building, not only from outdoors, but through the vents of the people next door coughing and vomiting in the early morning hours. We got to the room later than expected and there was no room service to conveniently order from. No fridge or microwave to warm up food we had leftover from the drive. Had to go across the street to the Queens to get my son something to eat. The smell of smoke/pot wafted into the room presumably from the vents. Getting in and out of the parking structure was ridiculously congested due to event closure at the Queens. The in and out was very convenient though.

So loud

Loud and the street party didn’t stop until like 4am so had to buy earplugs to sleep. Pool is only open from 7am-7pm! In Vegas what pool closes at 7pm???? Very disappointed in that. Also when we arrived at 6pm our room wasn’t ready. Check in was at 3pm. Very weird to not have a room ready 3hrs after check in time.

Reserved at one got another

We reserved 1 night at the D in Las Vegas. When we arrived around 9:30 pm to check in we were directed to a “better” location at the Circa. Both places tried to give us a room w/o 2 beds but also walking down Fremont st to get there at 9 pm with all your luggage and tired from all the travel was crap. We could have had our Uber drop us correctly if there had been communication. The Circa was lovely but they also changed me an extra $100 I then had to call to get reversed. Just all around a hassle for and “upgrade” we did not ask for.
