We enjoyed our time at Kaci's Place in the gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. Communication with host was excellent from booking, check-in, to check out. Unit was well appointed and included kitchen/bath start up and cleaning supplies that lasted our entire stay. Unit is in a quiet area next to the golf course and is close to the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, and poolside bar & grill. We love staying at Pointe Royale and would definitely stay in this unit again!

Wonderful

Stayed in this place while I waiting to close on a house. The host was very friendly and super hospitable. Unfortunately I had to move to another VRBO which was run by an actual rental management agency called Thousand Hills and you could definitely tell the difference. The new place has been a nightmare compared to Kaci’s Place. Thank you to the owners for such a great experience!

Too many stairs

The condo is partially updated, and cute. However, it was on the top floor, lots of stairs, 3 flights. It had Sling TV, which was hard to navigate. The living room tv is across the room, in the dining room. The bedroom tv was tiny, hard to see. Cramped bathroom, with a slow draining tub. Hated to take a shower standing in 6 inches of water. Wouldn’t stay again.

Will definitely stay there again

We had never stayed anywhere but in a hotel anytime we have traveled anywhere. We were skeptical because the price seemed to good to be true. I can’t say how great it was to have a place with such privacy and so clean. I will never stay in a hotel again. We will be visiting the area again sometime this summer and would 100% love to stay at this property or any of the other properties they have to offer. It was a perfect getaway for myself, my husband and two younger children. If I had one complaint it would be the parking, no fault of the property owner whatsoever but there is only one parking space per condo and by time we would get back late at night there were no spots and a couple times we had to park where ever we could find close enough. The up side is the property managers of point royal put letters on everyone’s vehicle reminding them that they should be parking only one vehicle per condo so it was nice to see they were making an effort to make everyone rather a visitor or a resident a priority as far as the parking arrangements went. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will hopefully be staying again.
