This NON-SMOKING (3) three level townhouse offers 3 Large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 Balconies PLUS a common deck area with picnic tables for outdoor eating! With only a short walk to the beach (1 block) across Coastal Highway and not far from downtown, this is the place to stay! Also very conveniently located close to the convention center, many shops, restaurants and Jolly Roger Amusement Park.

A Boat Docking is available along the bulkhead. The canal is shallow and suitable for small boats only.

New! Linen Service Provided! All beds will be made prior to your arrival. New Sheets and towels provided for your stay.

Our unit provides Central AC, Full sized Washer/Dryer, Fully equipped kitchen, Outside seating on each balcony, private bathrooms with Queen bedrooms, 3 Cable TVs along with assigned Covered Parking for TWO (2) cars . In addition, there are (4) New Beach Chairs and a NEW PRIVATE Outside Shower on the premises for your convenience.

*No PETS are permitted at any time.

YEAR ROUND RENTALS Available: WEEKENDS, MINI WEEKS and FULL WEEKS [June, July & August FULL WEEKS PREFERRED however we are flexible with mini weeks.]
