Our home is just what you’re looking for! On a quiet cul-de-sac nestled below the majestic Coffee Pot Rock, our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Sedona a memorable one. Whether it's the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, stunning views, or the private access to the backyard from each room. We have just what you need to escape in your own little red rock retreat.

Enjoy the elegance of a mid-century modern escape nestled below the majestic beauty of Coffee Pot Rock. As you walk in, you will be greeted with an updated kitchen along with stunning floor to ceiling windows in the living room, radiating the beauty of the red rocks just moments away. Each room is equipped with a TV (including HULU W/ Live TV, Disney Plus, Netflix, & ESPN+) and private access to the backyard. The master bedroom and on suite is perfect for getting ready or winding down after a long day of exploring with a state of the art Whirlpool Jacuzzi Tub and separate shower along with a double sink vanity. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with all natural hand soap, body wash, and conditioner along with fresh towels. For those nights you feel like a home cooked meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, and basic herbs and spices. Also included is a Keurig Coffee Machine with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Vanilla and Hazelnut creamer. For the coffee aficionados, there is also Drip Pot and French Press. The backyard is your own little private viewing of Coffee Pot Rock providing the perfect backdrop to a BBQ Cookout or s'mores around the fire pit.

We loved this beautiful home with AMAZING views! Excellent location, clean, super comfortable beds, and probably the most well appointed VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the coffee bar. This house truly made our trip to Sedona a memorable one. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at West Sedona Retreat was perfect! It was such a comfortable and clean house, with a perfect kitchen and living space to make our girls trip awesome. The location was great for close access to shopping, restaurants and hiking. The views from the beautiful backyard were spectacular. We hope to stay here again!

A nice home with a great view

It was everything we expected from the pictures. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a great view from the backyard. Plenty of natural light, well manicured back yard, plenty of supplies for anything you might need for your stay.

House was adorable and very comfortable to stay but attention to detail was lacking. View was amazing. Felt comfortable and safe. Back yard was very soothing but disappointed there was no hot tub as listing stated just a tub in master that wasn’t even clean. Also arrived to a fire pit turned on with no propane and had to replace ourselves. Wine glasses were just sample size from nearby winery. Check out time was also very early. Overall good place to stay just again more attention to details would have been nice.

Mom’s 80th birthday retreat

Stayed with my two sisters, and our mom for her 80th birthday. Everyone is pleased with the home. We played cards in the back yard with the sun setting on Coffeepot Rock in the background, during the evenings. Close to groceries and in a wonderful neighborhood. Communication with host was punctual and clear. Our amazing Sedona stay was enhanced by staying at this wonderful property.

Would definitely return!!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this cute place. The host was super responsive and helpful. The place itself was gorgeous, very clean, and had everything we needed. They even had small toiletries for everyone in each bathroom. The location was very convenient we were 5-10 min away from all the restaurants and attractions. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely book this place again!

Perfect get away home

Fabulous views from a cozy backyard! Easy access to all Sedona has to offer and home is well-equipped for a night or two in. Extremely easy to communicate with management and check-in/out process was a breeze. Highly recommend and would come back and stay here without question!

Simply Wonderful

What a beautiful place to call home while we explored Sedona! We had the treat of a red rocks snow storm that was fabulous to watch out the glass back of the home with a fire in the fireplace. The home is comfortable, super conveniently located, and in a great walkable neighborhood. There are fabulous views from the home but also from around every corner and street, some of which lead right to the base of the rocks. This was a great option for us that made for a very comfortable start to our stay in Sedona.

Red Rock Tranquility

Driving to the property, we were excited to realize the house is located on a quiet cul de sac and closer to the red rocks than anticipated. The code to get in worked easily. The house itself is spacious with high ceilings and updated decor. The primary bedroom and bathroom are quite large. We appreciated the deep jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was well stocked, more than most other properties. We enjoyed a working ice maker in the fridge. The backyard contained a small waterfall/stream and spectacular views of the red rocks. The house was very clean, and we are picky about cleanliness. All the window coverings blocked the sun well for anyone wanting to sleep late. There is also a fancy welcome book with instructions and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We left refreshed and relaxed. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing views and tranquil backyard

This is an exceptional property. It was perfect for our family visit to Sedona. The views from the home kept us immersed in the beauty of the area, but was a quiet and peaceful retreat after days exploring. No detail was overlooked. Such a beautiful and well thought out property. Our family of 8 (all adults) stayed here very comfortably and really enjoyed our time. Perfect location, beautiful home!

Perfect home for a girls weekend! This home is beautiful and in the perfect location with easy access to all of the great Sedona attractions! Check in and out was a breeze, very clean, great views, and plenty of space for all to enjoy. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Sedona Wine Festival + Perfection VRBO House

We stayed at this property during our Sedona Wine Festival getaway. The property was amazing. Clean, well stocked, adorable house, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping/restaurants, and amazing views. We sipped our coffee on the back patio in the morning, and sipped our wine while watching the rain from the garage at night. It's a great house especially at this price point. All of my friends agreed that we would book this place again when returning to Sedona. Great communication by the host as well.

Cute, cozy, peaceful... exactly what we were looking for

Wow what an adorable house! Could not ask for an easier check in process. Everything was very well explained and laid out for us. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing views where we enjoyed a long beautiful walk one evening. All three beds were so so comfy. Everything worked as it should have. Ample dishes, silverware, glassware, condiments and seasonings for meal prep and dining needs during our stay. Extra blankets and plenty of towels were provided. Perfect temperature in the home with tons of windows which let in so much natural light....very tranquil. We would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you!

Great house in perfect location with scenic backyard view!

After very careful review of available alternatives, we chose this house for our trip to Sedona. The location was perfect - far enough away from the busy center yet only minutes from all - including restaurants, stores and trails. The backyard was spacious and had a great view of the Coffee Pot mountain. Each room had access to the backyard where we sipped coffee in the morning and a little wine in the evening around the gas firepit! House included ALL needed utensils and appliances. The house came well supplied - including towels, toiletries, snacks and coffee/tea making us feel welcome and at home! Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great (and was needed given temps were in the triple digits). TV in every room came in handy too as did the washer and dryer! Great communication by owner before trip - responsive to all our questions. All in all - a GREAT house in a quiet residential area - well equipped and very roomy for our family of 5 adults! Hope to return to area again and will be sure to reconnect with this location! Thanks for opening up your home! We clearly made a wise choice in selecting your place!

Excellent, good attention to details

This was an exceptional stay, this house checks an above average number of boxes. I’ve stayed at many of these places so I appreciate when it’s done right. Cleanliness: No issues with sheets or bathroom. Also appreciate new bottles of shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, mouthwash, plenty of washcloths and towels. Kitchen: Bright and well laid out. Modern appliances that work (the water and ice maker of the fridge worked, that stuff often doesn’t), all the cookware and utensils you need. Electronics: This is big for me. All TVs are Roku TVs, the easiest on the market. If you can’t figure these out, don’t watch TV. Even the TV mounting point (eye level) for the living room set is correct, not above a fireplace to strain your neck. There’s also a Google Nest smart speaker, which I unplugged because that’s not my thing, but it’s great to have that option. No issues with WIFI. House features: Nice ranch style with plenty of windows. All 3 bedrooms have sliders leading to the backyard, tiled floors, good beds with nice sheets, lots of closet space, 2 bathrooms with skylights. It’s a good hang with the backyard and views. The garage was nice to have. There’s a couple of throw blankets in the living room for watching TV on the couch. We didn’t use the fireplace because temps were perfect but going to assume it works. Neighborhood: Gorgeous, not a cookie cutter suburb. Lots of unique trees and cool landscaping with a lot of variety between houses. Sedona is a Dark Sky community so no streetlights. The neighborhood is extremely dark and quiet at night. To sum up, there’s great attention to detail with this property, that’s how it should be. I’d stay again if I return to Sedona.
