NEWLY INSTALLED AIR CONDITIONING! Located 6 minutes from the Bozeman International airport. This home includes a fenced yard with beautiful views of the Bridger mountains from the rear patio. Enjoy a BBQ while you relax on the outdoor furniture. Park a pickup in the oversized 2 car garage. All bedrooms comes with black out blinds for those long summer days. Located between the airport and the Bridger mountains, minutes from Bozeman shops, restaurants and trails. 33 minutes to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort

This an entire single family home with an oversized two car garage, patio, fenced yard. Each room has black out blinds, felt hangers, memory foam mattresses and pillows, hypoallergenic linens and duvets. Enjoy a full kitchen/dining/great room/outdoor space with a brand new gas grill! We have sleds for the sledding hill available in the garage. Let the kids enjoy a playground and park space right across the street. Ask us about our skis and boots!

This home was just upgraded with newly installed LVP flooring throughout, a Tyvarian stone shower and White Corian stone countertops.

Second time visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Montana
The property was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do and see in and around Bozeman / Belgrade. Having everything on one floor was a great feature - it made it easy for my elderly mother to move around. I look forward to our next visit and would stay here again.

Very clean and great neighborhood!
The house was perfect for our family get together. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was very cutely decorated and everything we needed was available.

We chose this home because it was in close proximity to my daughter who we were helping move in. It was neat and clean and had all the amenities that we needed to feel at home. The property manager was quick to respond and very pleasant. Thanks for a great stay!

Growing up in a Military family, we moved around a lot! I was born in Germany and also lived throughout the U.S. including Hawaii, Washington, Tennessee and Kansas. I quickly developed a love for travel and adventure. My wife grew in a small town in Utah. We met in college and she too quickly developed a passion for the excitement of travel. After several more moves and 2 beautiful babies later we found the Big Sky of Montana welcoming us home. Our third daughter was born as a Montana Native. We love traveling and getting out doors together. The falls in our picture is one of our families favorite local areas, Palisade Falls at Hyalite Reservoir. Thanks for taking these few moments to get to know us and be a part of our journey.

My favorite aspect of this house is its location. Centrally located with Blue Ribbon fishing in Headwaters State Park to the north, the Bridger Mountains to the east, Historic Downtown Bozeman, Yellowstone, and Big Sky Resort to the south.

Within the home you'll find black out curtains in every room. Because we're so far north, summer days are very long! While it can be great to rise early with the 5AM sunrise and enjoy the day till the 10PM sunset, blackout blinds allow those guests who could use some extra sleep get the best well deserved rest.
