One of the cabin's highlights is the inviting outdoor space. Located behind the cabin is the stone outdoor fireplace where you can take in the tranquil forest views. The charcoal grill is perfect for barbecuing, making it easy to enjoy outdoor dining in the fresh mountain air.

The cabin offers access to the Toccoa River just a few minutes walk away. You can enjoy fishing, tubing, or swimming in the water. The quaint yard provides plenty of space for outdoor activities, whether you're playing games, having a picnic, or simply soaking up the sun.

Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin:

Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink)
Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen
Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom
Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen)

Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items, you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town.

Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices, we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them!

An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided.

Suches Vacation Rentals is available by text or phone 24/7. The number to reach us will be provided in check in information. You will hear a menu listing who is reachable at the time of your call. Our reservations person is available 9-5 for general assistance, guest services, for requests that require in person attention, from 5-10 pm, and from 10pm to 9am someone will be available for rental emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or immediate danger, please call 911.

Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats, birds, turtles, or other creature. Dogs shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside.

If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence.

Please be aware that you will be receiving a link to our booking contract via text within 24 hours of making your reservation. If you do not see it come through, please let us know as it must be signed. We are happy to answer any questions about its contents.

Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. We provide one bath towel and wash cloth per guest according to the maximum occupancy of a cabin.

If you find you need extras, you’ll find a set of “seconds” under the bathroom counter. These are clean towels that have been dyed and repurposed to extend their life. While they may show mild wear or faint imperfections, they are freshly washed and perfectly suitable for use.

We appreciate your understanding and your help in supporting our efforts to conserve resources and reduce waste while maintaining comfort for every guest.
