South Anchorage MODERN Studios are designed for your comfort and convenience, Our PREMIUM Suite come with Full size kitchen, glass induction stove top and refrigerator, Luxury Ceramic tile custom bathroom. This studios suite offers a charming view of Chugach Mountains. All Studios come with 42" Smart HDTV with screaming apps, and High-Speed Internet, Cookware, Bedding, Towels, Bath Products Body Wash and Shampoo, with all utilities included. We have coffee maker and filters in the suites; however, you will need to bring the type of coffee you prefer with you.
Our Smart TV offer screaming APPS only you will need to have a Amazon, Hulu or Netflix account when you arrive. Free washer and dryer on site with secure entry building and outside deck. We do not charge our guest a cleaning fee, however we do ask you be mindful of the condition you return in.

Great property! Thank you for a great stay. The unit appeared to be recently remodeled in great condition with everything needed. A great location away from the city, but very close to grocery and a quick drive to anywhere you want to go.

Our stay was short but great! The location provides easy access to everything. We didn't spend any daytime hours there, so have no idea how much of an impact the surrounding construction had, at night it was very quiet.

location was easy to find and close to amenities. Inside was clean but the layout was kind of funky and took a little time to get use to. Yes I would stay here again, it was very easy to get to the airport.

Greg and I were very pleased with our stay. As long as you keep your Vrbo, we definitely plan oncoming back. Great area and the view was spectacular.

End of Alaska visit

We stayed here for our last couple of days during our visit to Alaska and we were very happy with the property. It was very clean and was exactly as advertised with no surprises. As a base camp for adventures around Anchorage, this property was ideal.

Great neighbourhood

Our home away from home was neat, clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was also in a beautiful neighbourhood, where we enjoyed seeing many moose on our evening walks.

Comfortable

This is a comfortable stay with some quirks such as limited lighting, odd layout with bathroom and sink. Wi-Fi slow and dropped out at times but fast enough for computer but delay with tv streaming. Asked for floor to be swept but no broom or vacuum. Asked for trash to be taken out but dumpster across rain soaked rock/dirt lot. It was fine overall but not better than a hotel

Stayed Twice & got a car

We were in town for a wedding in Soldotna. Stayed a few nights here in Anchorage, then off to the wedding. After that we came back for another couple nights. Willson was fantastic, we rented one of the cars he had available and used it the entire time we were in Alaska. Both the car and the studio were clean and well taken care of. Willson even got up at 4am to take us to the airport. Excellent service, and great communication thru the entire process.

Easy access and parking

The place was very clean. The only negative thing for us was the stairs we had to use to get upstairs. We have some limitations. Other than that everything was great.

The room was extremely nice! Very clean and well maintained- perfect for a solo or couple traveling together. The backyard looks to be a construction storage site of sorts but it wasn't noisy at all.
