This condo was clean and exactly as described in the ad. When I did message about damage to a blind, I received a response in a timely fashion and was d told it would be noted. Very pleasant place to stay.

Thompsonville Condo

Property was great, clean, easy access to the slopes. My only complaint is we were not provided with a key/code for the back door onto the slopes so we had to walk around to the front door in our ski boots to get back into the condo after skiing.

Pretty and spacious but not maintained

When we arrived, the temperature in the place was 63 degrees. Very cold, especially considering it was about 72 outside. We could not adjust the temp and called 6 times before someone got back to us. They finally sent someone out to look at it who declared the HVAC system broken. They were very nice and promised to get back to us that evening letting us know when a repair person would arrive. We never heard another word. This person ghosted our calls and texts. We turned the AC off for the entire weekend, so it was often muggy and uncomfortable. There are a lot of small broken things: door handles, fridge handle, curtains, windows. And there is nothing to make one feel welcome - not a teaspoon of sugar - or salt or a condiment. You must bring every single thing if you want to cook. And no guidance on local activities, restaurants, or instructions on how the place works. It all felt so stingy! When we filled out garbage bag in the kitchen, there was not another one to replace it. It was clean, and the view was great, but for the price and the condition of the place, we would not stay there again.

PERFECT LOCATION

Beautiful condo with direct access to the slopes. Well maintained unit with high end furnishings and lots of space to spread out after a day of skiing. We had a few questions after our arrival and Vacasa was quick to respond. The ski resort did an excellent job grooming the trails every night and we enjoyed watching them right out the windows. We originally planned on staying 5 nights, but enjoyed our time so much we booked another night. Hope to be back again during the winter season.

Fabulous Ski-in/ Ski-out

Great location for ski-in and ski-out. Property was properly maintained, clean and comfortable. Definitely would go back. Only feedback: 1) cupboards were full of pots/ pans - no location to put away foot. 2) garbage disposal is so loud - woke kids up from dead sleep!

True Ski In/Ski Out

We have been visiting Crystal Mountain for over 20 years, and the Mountaintop Properties are the perfect location. This unit is one of the best as it is a true ski in/ski out on the main slope so you never have to worry about the run being open or snow. Just step out the door to the slopes. No parking lot to cross, or other obstacles between you and the slope. You can sit on the balcony which faces the slope and watch which is also nice for those that don't ski. The home was clean, well equipped (even the extras like crock pot, decent pots/pans, griddle, great knives, etc.). Absolutely would recommend!!!!
