QUESTIONS People ASK....Can we have Guests? Yes with ID....We would expect no more then 12 people here...8 that can sleep here in 4th beds and 4 more.....Can we play music? sure but respect others....Wifi and safes ? Yes wifi we have like 4 connections in the building due to how bad une and claro are....Everyone has there own safe. Do you have rules? Yes smoke downstairs, theres a smoking area...If you burn something you bought it.....Also close the roof when it rains or your going to bed or leaving....Leaving the roof opens and it rains hard you will flood the place....If you can't take care of other peoples things please do not rent here.....You will lose your security if you flood the building...
