Spectacular Home in Lower Deer Valley, Hot Tub, 3 Fireplaces, Entertainment Room!

Perched on the hill overlooking lower Deer Valley and with enchanting views of the Deer Valley ski slopes, this incredible luxury home on 4 levels has been remodeled from head to toe in recent years, offering a mountain modern concept with streaming natural light through large picturesque windows, 2 large open spaces for entertaining, and multiple levels of bedroom suites with ensuite baths. Three fireplaces adorn this property for maximum comfort and rocky mountain ambience, one fireplace located in the grand master suite and fireplaces in each living area.

The large main level open concept kitchen and living space offer true money shot ski slope views, gorgeous luxury finishes and vaulted ceiling expansive floor space for entertaining. The kitchen and living room level also offers a formal dining space with built in seating as well as a large deck and grill space for outdoor cooking.

Perched on the 4th level of the home, the King master with spacious ensuite bath offers privacy from the rest of the group.

Below the main kitchen level, you will find 3 bedroom suites on level 2; two queen rooms with beautiful baths, and a bunk room with 4 custom twin bunks.

The lower level offers additional recreation space with a full wet bar area for entertaining and a comfortable TV space for relaxation. There is a King suite off of this family room space along with a sauna inside its ensuite bath. The hot tub deck is on this level and can be accessed by the entertainment space. The lower level offers a ski storage mud room upon entry, along with a laundry room and powder room for guests.

The Nordic Ski Haus is extremely convenient with close proximity to Park City's public bus route as well. A ski shuttle picks up curbside every hour and drops off at Snow Park Base Lodge. For those with a rental car, the home is 1 mile to downtown Park City Main St, Πmile to Deer Valley's Snow Park Base Lodge. Very conveniently located to all Deer Valley and Park City has to offer!

Loved the Nordic Village Haus 36. Newly renovated. Multi level family rooms are great for families with kids. Tons of beds for big groups. Great location with free Deer Valley shuttle to Snow Park. Would definitely rent this home again!!

Nordic Ski Haus is a top-notch place to stay! The home is beautifully remodeled with tons of natural light and stylish finishes. The layout is fantastic with separate levels for different needs—whether you want to hang out in the spacious living area or relax in the hot tub. The ski slope views are breathtaking, and the location is super convenient. We'll definitely be back!

Terrific Stay

This is a terrific house. It is big with two full sized living areas. The kitchen is also large and well stocked with everything that you would need. There is a shuttle to the mountains that comes right to your door from an app.

Stayed at the Nordic Ski Haus and it was amazing! The views of Deer Valley ski slopes from the main living area are absolutely stunning. The open kitchen and living space are perfect for entertaining, and we loved having three fireplaces to cozy up by. The master suite on the top level is super private and luxurious. Everything was perfect for our group—highly recommend!

Wonderful views! Great kitchen. Expansive, high ceilings, lots of windows, with living rooms on two floors, but cozy at the same time. Nice neighborhood, nice area for walking. Great location
short hop to Main Street or Deer Valley. Very comfortable!

Excellent House for a big group!

We stayed here for five nights over winter break, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space for three families. Modern spacious kitchen with lots of room for a big group to eat together. They positioned the hot tub very well to have a great view and be easily accessible. Everything went as promised and as planned for check in and check out highly recommend if you are going to deer Valley.

Very nice house, lots of stairs. Overall it was a nice stay but the top shower had zero water pressure and no hot water. The bottom master bedroom's bed was very uncomfortable (sinking) and the room got super warm at night.

Stairs and stairs!!

This house was lovely - great hang-out spaces, plenty of storage for gear and clothes, great temperature control and comfortable beds and couches. We would definitely consider staying here again. 2 things worth mentioning - 1st, the house has A LOT of stairs! From the ground floor to the master we counted 53 steps! Great for the buns, not so great if someone has knee problems (fortunately we don't and had no injuries). In addition, since the house is on a private road, and there was SO MUCH snow, road clearing on that particular street was not great. If you're there in the winter, be sure to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle!

Gorgeous Luxury Deer Valley Home - Well worth Every Penny ! Money Shot Ski Views Galore !

This is truly a luxury experience. The linens, the views, the beautiful kitchen, the decks and hot tub, and the privacy of this home in a little cul de sac in lower Deer Valley . Truly a memorable experience for our group. Multiple family rooms for both kids and adults was wonderful. The management company was so responsive and helpful with questions we had. We will definitely be returning to this property on Nansen Ct !
