This studio is located on the same compound as the "Inviting home near Bosque" under my listings. This Studio has access to the rest of the property including the Skydeck for Hot Air Balloon viewing. The patio connected to this studio includes a gas barbecue grill and a dog run area. The studio offers a kitchenette, large bathroom and under bed drawers as well as a closet area. Walk to Flying Star Cafe or watch Balloons in the morning from the skydeck. Old Town is 3 miles South.

Great getaway

This was a great stay for us. We are on a long road trip and it was nice to have a couple nights to stay in Albuquerque. The place was very well equipped and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to old town, a nice state park and nearby restaurants.

Perfect studio

Property is well maintained and is located in a nice area in Albuquerque. It’s the perfect size if you are traveling alone or with someone else. It’s also pet friendly. Highly recommend.

Responsive owner, great deck

Very clean studio that is close (not walking distance but short drive) to many events and destinations in town. Owner was very responsive. Amazing deck in back of property that is great for watching the sunset or balloons.

Comfy and Cozy

Appreciated the last minute reservation and accommodating our two small fur kids. David was prompt in all his communication. The Studio served us well and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the enclosed courtyard was perfect for our dogs who enjoyed the cooler weather compared to Arizona.

Serene studio with a peaceful patio set back in a quiet, safe neighborhood with everything you need for a relaxing getaway and a responsive, patient, knowledgeable and helpful host. Savor a local coffee brew on the observation deck with spectacular views of the mountains and the rising hot air balloons before exercising in the well-equipped weight studio. You are only a short stroll away from a decadent dessert at Flying Star, and a convenient car ride away to all of Albuquerque’s attractions.

Nice and Cool

David let me check in at around 11 ish, which was nice. I brought my own sheets, and there was no washing machine. Enjoyed the Air Conditioner. I left towels on the floor, since there was no access to a washing machine. Nice little neighborhood, close to nearby places to eat.

Cozy studio apartment

The property was at a great location. We could hear the cranes in the morning, such a lovely sound. We had a dog along and the enclosed courtyard was great. Would be a great place to watch the balloons during the Balloon Fiesta. The off-street parking was nice too. I would stay there again.

sweet and simple

this spot was within a 10-15 minute drive from everything, really nice furnishings, and air conditioning! If we would have stayed longer, we would have used the full kitchen. this room has everything you'd need to stay for a short or long period, even do the nomad thing and work away for a month or so.

Ideal studio with easy access to everything

We loved this place! Stylish, modern decor, great outdoor spaces to kick back and relax, necessities nearby, and easy access to other areas of ABQ. Owner was very responsive. We'll be back!

Hello, I was born and raised in Albuquerque, I love living here and look forward to sharing my knowledge about our city with you. Professionally I am a Property Manager and Real Estate Broker. I am also a remodeler/designer. I live in the house the studio is attached to you are looking at, in my home. My neighbor who also lives to the west is a well known sculpture artist and the home you are looking at is located behind our homes with a private road leading to the house. I'm active, a foodie, love water sports and being in the sun. I look forward to meeting you during your stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This studio is part of a compound, the 3 bedroom house also listed in my profile is also on this property. The property offers great outdoor living, a full gym, a viewing deck to watch the Hot Air Balloons fly almost daily. From the back of my property you can walk 10 minutes to two different restaurants. On Saturday mornings a farmers market is just a 10 minute drive away.
