Our spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 8 guests. With cozy bedrooms and inviting common areas, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and spend quality time together.

Our Home is close to the Duncan Bypass and HWY 81, offering easy transportation options for exploring the area. Nearby, you'll find Fort Sill, casinos, and a variety of restaurants, providing ample choices for dining and entertainment.

The entrance was a let down as there were weeds, dirty glass door and unkept porch. The house was generally clean as in floors, bathrooms, and bedding. But inside of cabinets were filled with crumbs, baseboards, mirrors, windows, sills, and baseboards were dirty. It was livable but had a general feeling of neglect. The host was congenial and prompt. Check in was easy. Although we didn't cook or do laundry, the appliances were new and clean.

Very clean home and pet friendly. Location was ideal for Duncan and the neighborhood was very friendly. You can tell the owners have put a lot of work into maintaining the home. If we need a place to stay in the future, we will be back!

House was clean and had everything we needed. Front door lock did not work so I had to call the owner to let us in and lock up on our way out. One thing I should have checked being an older home the bathroom doors were not wide enough for a walker. The bed in bedroom 2 at the front of the house needs a new mattress. You can feel the springs. I had to put two blankets on top of the sheet to be able to sleep.

We stay here every year for an event held at the fairgrounds. The house is in a great location, nested in a nice established neighborhood. Plenty of room and beds. Use of garage is an extra!

The house is located in a nice subdivision. We appreciated being able to use the garage and the labels on the light switches.The master bedroom mattress is comfy and master bathroom is very spacious.

I appreciated the location & felt safe. As an older woman traveling alone, I chose a home with a garage for safety & convenience. I didn't cook or use any of the appliances except for the frig which was clean. If I had wanted to cook, I think there would have been all I needed in the way of tools, utensils, dishes, etc.. Of course, it has a dishwasher so I wouldn't have had concern about using any of the supplies. The washer & dryer are nice. I always prefer no carpet, but there were no visible, eye-catching stains. I appreciated that the surfaces I wanted to use in the kitchen & bathroom weren't covered with "chatzky". I didn't have to move anything to use the counters in the kitchen and only a couple of things in the bathroom. I am happy to recommend this property.

Short notice of trip and we found a place for us all to stay. The house had plenty of sleeping quarters stocked well with towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. Lots of seating in the living area and outside.

We feel this home is one of the nicest Single Family homes in the area. Built in the 1980's it has lots of Charm and a great feeling of being home. Large Yard to enjoy.

Large fenced back yard. Great Park just a block north of the home. Great food and entertainment in Duncan and a short drive to Lawton.
