Hello,
we don't lock the balcony ever. Maybe you were unable to open the door but we never communicated about opening the balcony door,please give truthful reviews. About AC like all apartments I'm nairobi ACs are not installed cause it usually cold that's why we only buy fans just incase one needs to use. There was a washing machine in the laundry area. You checked in late night and you were leaving the apartment early morning did you really check it well. Mosquitos I have a full bed mosquito net and a mosquito repellent. And the Apartment is on 1st floor not 5th. The building has upto 4floors. Please guests don't review negatively out of anger. We know customers are always right but let's be considerate sometimes. She wrote a negative review so that she can get her money back. I never received anything from her booking. I love my hosting Job and I'm always ready to hear my clients.
