OPEN YEAR ROUND!
Located in the Village of Lake George, this beautiful 1st floor duplex has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one full bath, a large fully stocked kitchen, large dining room with room for 6 people and spacious living room.

Relax on your spacious deck with a seating area, outside dining area and a gas grill overlooking the lake. With the best seats for Thursday Night Village Summer Fireworks!

Walk to restaurants, shops, bike trails, Shepard Park Beach and other attractions in Lake George Village.


Dock slip available (for an additional cost depending on the size of your boat) at the Boardwalk Marina, which is located right down the hill from the house. WE DO NOT HAVE A LAUNCH OR STORAGE FOR A TRAILER. Ask for more information. 2 Parking space available.

Wonderful stay

This is a clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained property with everything you need for your stay. We had a terrific mini-vacation and very much enjoyed watching the fireworks over Lake George on Thursday evening from the house. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed in the 2nd floor duplex with our family in Aug 2024. We loved it so much, my husband and I returned to the 1st floor for our 40th anniversary in the fall of 2025. The property is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked in both the bathroom and kitchen. The location is close to everything in town! The lake view is fantastic! The host is very responsive should you need to get in touch.

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. We loved the first floor unit. The unit was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. The covered patio was great, especially when it rained one night. The lake views were amazing! We were close to everything and could walk everywhere.

Highly recommend staying at this property! Perfect for 2-4 people and lets you enjoy all the highlights of Lake George Village! Being close to the Steamboat co., Shepards Park, restaurants, grocery stores and all the shopping was a A! House had everything we needed to make our 4 days perfect!! Bonus- seeing the fireworks!!

Wine festival event

We were in Lake George for the wine festival. This place was in the perfect location for us to walk to all our destinations. Close to food and lake activities. Very pleasant, clean rental.

I love Lake George and being so close to the lake itself. I have never used VRBO before but would recommend it. I usually stay in a hotel but wanted to try something different. Only draw back was the noisy upstairs group that was staying there.

Great 2 bedroom unit on the water, close to downtown

Pictures of the view don't do it justice. Great location hidden right off the main street. Overall quiet during the day, however bands/music can be heard from the bars until 10pm. View was gorgeous, amazing, from the deck/patio area right off the living room. Enjoyed morning coffee, grilling, and dinner outside with that view. Great place to stay

Great place for a small family. Home is very clean and the location is amazing. Walking distance to everything and windows keep all the noise out. Property manager was great and easily accessible. Overall a great place to stay, can’t wait to return.

Beautiful house and property

We had a great weekend at Terri’s house. The location is amazing, right on the water with beautiful view of the Lake from the deck. The house is very clean and updated. Everything is in walking distance. We would love to return one day!

Excellent stay. Great location

This was just what we needed for our family! The only downside (and I say that loosely) is that the dock is private. But thanks to Teri we found a close spot to fish off a dock. House was immaculate and the proximity to town makes it so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was a beautiful house with a wonderful view off the front porch. We had everything we needed. A full kitchen, a grill on the front porch. We enjoyed our stay and had a great relaxing experience. We had a wonderful time!

Great location & home

We had a great time. Sherman park and music nearby. You can walk to beach, parasailing and boat rental, and restaurants. The view of the lake is beautiful from the porch. Both bedrooms were good with nice beds. The kitchen and living room are also super.

AMAZING PLACE!!!

Everything was clean, new and fresh. The view of the lake phenomenal. And so close to Duffys bar, very inconvenient. Friends had the upper level and equally awesome. Would definitely stay again and recommend!!!!
