Beautiful cabin and great communication with host. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean and we had everything we needed. Easy to get to Helen and Anna Ruby Falls. Fire pit was an added bonus. Also saw some deer by the river early in the morning.

Beautiful surroundings. So quiet. The bubbling sound of the river was quite relaxing. The cabin had high quality furniture and was decorated perfectly. Unique coffee and end tables.the screened in porch was the best. Like a tree top without the mosquitos.

Inside of the cabin was Clean and neat. Master bedroom and den were comfortable . Screened in porch was nice listening to the river.Close to Helen and other places to visit.Would look into a gas grill outside. There was not charcoal or a lighter to use the steel grill.(We did buy both)The chairs and Chaise lounges were old and mildew. Update kitchen potholders and a large frying pan.

Great property and I loved the decor with the fishing and hunting theme. The price was a little further out than we normally stay but I liked that and the house was really out in nature and very shady. Wanted to walk down to the river but was afraid I couldn’t make the climb out. We actually saw a black bear cross in front of us on the trip back from Helen.

3 days not enough time!

The cabin was wonderful! Pictures don’t do it justice. We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer! Someone had already booked or we would have. Deer in back yard, cozy inside and sitting on back porch listening to the river was amazing! Great location and easy to get to. 15/10 stars! Can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful area

Convenient to all the places we wanted to go. The river is gorgeous, but NOT easily accesible for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Decor is over the top. 1000s of bears, and lots of taxidermy. It could be cleared out a good bit.Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

As soon as you walk in the cabin it smelled musky and had a dog smell. The cabin needs a complete top to bottom cleaning. There is dust all over the pictures, blinds, and walls that anyone with allergies are in trouble. Paint and wallpaper is falling off walls in bathroom. The view to water is not like advertise. The deck leading to water is rotten and has algae on walkway which is dangerous. The bushes around the cabin makes it very difficult to walk with ease in and out the cabin. The outside chairs are filthy and moldy. There is a drip that you can hear at night which is constantly dripping in the wall. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels because no extra furnished. Very disappointed. Would not stay there again.

Great Weekend Get Away

Great place to stay, especially if you want quiet and family time. We had a very nice time and stay. Walked down to the creek and took some photos, visited Helen GA did a little shopping, and enjoyed a few food establishments.

My Husband bought this Cabin when we first met and started dating. This Cabin is so special to us. We spent every weekened there,and hated to leave when we had to go back home. We fell in Love with the Mountains and the Area. I know this place will be as Special to you as it has always been for us.

We love the Mountains, and the river. It is located in a Beautiful Valley with lots of Wildlife (Deer, Turkeys and the occasional BEAR). So convenient to other Mountain Attractions and Towns.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We enjoy being outside, swinging on our swing by the fire pit, playing in the River, listening to Nature. We also love to ride the roads to look for Critters. We often go into the quaint little Alpine town of Helen, where there is so much to do. Lots of shopping,Restaurants, Amusement Parks, Tubing, Golf and much more.
