Cette maison immaculée entièrement meublée est parfaite pour deux à trois familles à apprécier avec un sous-sol fini (pour les enfants!) et une cheminée chaleureuse et accueillante pour vous réchauffer après une journée de ski. Cette maison se trouve sur la colline en face de la station de ski de Holimont (une station privée le week-end, mais ouverte au public pendant la semaine) et vous pouvez réellement regarder les skieurs glisser sur les pistes depuis le balcon, la terrasse ou le porche de ce 6 chambres chalet.

Holimont est situé à Ellicottville, une charmante station balnéaire à seulement 51 miles au sud de Buffalo, New York. En plus d'Holimont, la station de ski Holiday Valley n'est qu'à quelques minutes, à environ trois kilomètres des lieux. Après avoir skié toute la journée, faites une pause et profitez du dîner et du shopping dans le centre-ville d'Ellicottville, à seulement un mile de distance, à distance de marche, ou dirigez-vous vers le casino Seneca à environ 11 km pour dîner, vous amuser au casino et vous divertir en direct.

En été, détendez-vous et amusez-vous avec le golf à Holiday Valley ou défiez-vous sur le parcours de tyrolienne Sky High Adventure. Montez sur les montagnes russes, faites de la randonnée, du VTT ou profitez de l'une des trois piscines de Tamarack, le nouveau condominium de Holiday Valley. Si vous aimez le plein air, Letchworth State Park ou Allegany State Park sont à une courte distance d'Ellicottville. Les collines environnantes sont à couper le souffle et à l'automne, le feuillage coloré est si incroyablement brillant qu'il faut le voir pour le croire! Un voyage aux chutes du Niagara n'est qu'à environ 1 heure ... une excursion d'une journée facile! Vous vous sentirez vraiment ressuscité après vos vacances ici!

Chalet Nye Rocks!
Chalet Nye was the perfect property to host 5 families including 14 adults and 6 kids. Location was super convenient to HoliMont Ski Club, easy walk into town and a short drive to Holiday Valley slopes not to mention lovely views. Accomodations were better than most rentals with ample bedroom options, nice bathrooms with large tile showers, two 10+ seating dining / eating options (kitchen and dining room), a kitchen packed with amenities (from meal prep to baking), open floor plan with numerous TVs (watched the Superbowl), ample parking, lovely front porch and just downright comfortable. Even better, the host is easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. Chalet Nye met all our expectations. Kudos +

A lot bigger than I though and very nice. Stocked with lots of kitchen items which were great for us to cook in for our meals! Also Michele was very easy to reach and helpful!

Comfy Birthday Weekend
We spent the weekend for a 30th birthday celebration and this house was more than enough to accommodate several adult couples. The house was stocked with every appliance you could ever need and with detailed instructions for everything there was no questions for how things worked and ran. House was very clean and comfortable for everyone and walking distance to the village where we spent most our time. Would definitely stay here again if available!

This home is everything the listing states and more! The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed and it had an extras, like spices and other pantry needs. The owners are outstanding! We forgot a couple of personal items and Michele was right on it. I would definitely go back

Fully Stocked House Close to Town
Great property with great views. Fully stocked with anything you could need. Tons of towels, spices, pots, plates even some free weights! The TV with vhs player and disney videos was a HUGE hit with the 4-6 crowd and explaining why you need to "be kind and rewind" was priceless. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, it was a great stay in a cute town.

After being born and raised in Allegany, New York, and having our children born and raised there until teenagers, we bought our house so that we could have a place to 'come home' to after our company moved us to Texas. Both sides of our family are still in the area and after our parents passed away, we still wanted a place to come home for Christmas each year. We all come now with an extended family! It's home away from home.

We loved the fact that it has so many bedrooms and can keep families together rather than having to stay in separate rooms in a hotel. It's so much more comfortable and enjoyable and with our new kitchen addition, there is plenty of room to 'gather' together while cooking, eating, or just enjoying each others' company.

We love the view of the hills from our home. Whether you are sitting out on the deck or on either of the porches in the front, the scenery is upper balcony is our 'slice of Heaven' and stargazing at night doesn't get any better!!!! With just being one mile from town, it is easy to stroll downtown for coffee in the morning, shop or dine in town, or simply sit on the park benches that line the main street and people watch. Ellicottville is a very charming place! It was also #3 in USA Today's listing of "Small Towns with Adventure" 2020
