A Cozy Family-Friendly Wooden House In Tree Paradise Close to Ocean & Bay Beach

Our wooden upside-down (bedrooms are on the ground floor) 2-story house is located in Noyac, a 5- minute drive to the Bay & Sag Harbor Village. You can also bike or stroll there. Around a 10-minute drive to the oceanfront beach in Bridgehampton. It’s a very family & pet-friendly house - we can provide a kid’s bike, lots of books & toys as well as a kid’s mattress if needed. There is a soccer goal in the backyard as well as a mini-pool/foosball/ping-pong table plus checkers & chess. Our house is filled with sun most of the time. You’ll feel like you’re in a magical giant tree house being surrounded by numerous trees!

You’ll have access to our whole house (built in 1989) except the basement (used as storage space). Our house is very cozy, practical and has everything to make your stay pleasant & enjoyable. There are several spacious sun terraces where you can lounge & sunbathe, do yoga (we have 2 yoga mats & an exercise ball) or even sleep outdoors (we have one sleeping bag for you to use). There is a stationary bike Echelon where you can exercise while enjoying the views of nature outside. The well-equipped open kitchen is on the second floor . The upper level living/kitchen area has fantastic natural light coming in most of the time during morning/day/early evening because of exposure to sun through multiple floor to ceiling windows. There is a large flat screen TV with all imaginable channels, including Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc as well as a PS-5. We have lots of amazing original artwork on our walls for your visual enjoyment as well as many interesting books on art, science, fiction etc for you to read. There is also a working fireplace!
This upper level area offers a cathedral ceiling with skylights & exposed wood beams.

All of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two of them have spacious closets. The third one has a work area. The bedrooms have queen beds in them. All bedrooms as well as the living room upstairs are equipped with air conditioners and fans. One bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor plus a smaller bathroom on the upper floor.
Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors that open up straight onto the terraces.

Outdoors there is a spacious swimming-pool - perfect for chilling in hot weather. There’s nothing more enjoyable than submerging into cool water while it’s scorching hot outside. We have 6 comfy lounge chairs (2 wooden ones on 2nd floor terraces, 4 of them at the backyard patio) for you to relax on as well as plenty of clean beach towels.

Enjoy being surrounded by nature - trees (fir trees, oaks etc), bushes. Wake up to the sound of chirping birds, whispering of tree leaves in a pleasant breeze, spot a cute bunny, a deer or even a turtle in the area while strolling. Soak in the serenity and joy of countryside living! And enjoy cozying up with a glass of something soul-warming by the fireplace! 🌟

For your attention: we offer rentals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (the longer the stay the large the discount).

No additional persons (beyond the number of the registered guests) are allowed.

Events policy: events are prohibited.

Currently, there are some landscaping changes being done to the tree area, just fyi, but they don’t affect the guests’ stay in any way.
