Looking for a simpler relaxing way of living? We have the answer for your needs! This 36â Chris Craft Cavalier provides spacious tiny living with light touches of modern upgrades. Forward Head has been updated with a new Toilet. Rear Head has updated shower and new plumbing with new water reservoir added. Both sleeping quarters are furnished with comfortable mattresses and Bedding. However more than welcome to equip with your own bedding. Galley is quaint and equipped with a propane single burner stove(also have an electric burner), new convection oven/air fryer and new Refrigerator. Main cabin has an open floor plan and ready for your own furnishing touches. The Helm has a nice seating area with a propane fire pit and BBQ for your enjoyment. The Boat is equipped to hold 80 gallons of water with a portable washing machine for your convenience.
