Detached house 2 minutes from the centre of Sarlat

Detached stone house, two minutes walk from the historic heart of Sarlat la Caneda, the medieval town known for its heritage of listed historic monuments.
The house is well situated, within walking distance of the town centre, bars and restaurants and all amenities.

Fully equipped and renovated in 2022, it can accommodate 6 people. The house is composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, a large master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two bunk beds, corridor and wc. On the top floor, a third bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower room. Wifi and television are included.

In the winter period, we ask for a supplement of 10 € per day for heating payable by cheque at the end of your stay.

House linen is included (tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats).
Bed and bath linen is not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save the cost of this. However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linen for 23€ttc/person per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking.

A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave, we ask our tenants to leave the house as they found it when they arrived (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of dirt apparent, bins removed, etc.). We also propose to our tenants who do not want to think about the cleaning before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at 25€/hour. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 100€.
