Family vacation

Great location, we loved the rooftop deck. The AC in the bedrooms was awesome. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Simple but comfortable

A sparsely accommodated, utilitarian living space within a 100% concrete block structure. A/C worked well. Pack your own coffee filter, ice trays, dish towels, and washcloths. Mattresses have seen better days but are comfortable. Loud karaoke bars in front, back and side of property. Bring ear plugs!

Good Enough

The best part of the home was the size and that it was clean. We had enough room for our luggage and for each child (3) to have their own bed. The housekeeper was very nice and responded to our questions and requests. The water pressure left something to be desired. Even after cleaning the aerator, we had limited water pressure to shower during our stay. We also didn't realize the home was Bring Your Own Toilet Paper. Be prepared to buy some at the corner store unless you pack some. There were limited comfortable seats in the kitchen/living room area. There were only 2 comfortable chairs along with the 4 dining room chairs. We did use the rooftop clothesline a lot.

It was very clean , the host were very helpful and sweet. We had a little issue with the water one night very little water to start then it went to zero water , however the rest of the time it was fime . The condo desperately needs an A/c unit in the kitchen/living room. The 2 bedrooms have a unit but it is too hot to even sit im the rest of the unit.

The check in process was easy.... The unit is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from stores and the main.... It was clean, great customer service. Great place for a small group of friends to enjoy an entire home in Caye Caulker!
