This charming historical apartment building with 7 individual suites has been completely renovated and turned into modern style suites minutes from The Ark Encounter. You will love this cozy 1 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 2, this unit is located on the 1st floor. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

As you walk into suite #3, you will see the 2-seat dining table. Right behind it is the living room and bedroom, which are attached. The living room has a loveseat, and the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, perfect for 1-2 guests. This space also has a Smart TV on a swivel, allowing guests in the bedroom and living room watch tv together.

As you exit the bedroom, you will see the full kitchen to your left, and the full bathroom to your right. The kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It is also equipped with a starter supply of k-cups, sweeteners, and creamer for guests. The full bathroom features a vanity, toilet, and shower. The bathroom also includes a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper.
